Turns out this was a holiday weekend and I was so thrilled they were able to send a technician within a few hours! Nicolas A. provided exceptional service and got the problem resolved quickly. Pleased is not enough to say about the quick repair service for a broken spring on a Labor day Sunday. Nicholas arrived within two hours after I found the door spring on my Clopay door had broken. I had a single spring system on a double door. I read online that a single spring is not recommended for a door that is that heavy (170#). Without mentioning that to Nicholas, he said the same thing. After this second failure in 15 years I agreed. He rebuilt the entire system with standard two springs and aligned everything also installed new quiet rollers. Super qualified installer that takes pride in his work. Much appreciated. Thanks!

I called Sunday morning to schedule an appointment to repair broken springs on my garage door. The appointment was scheduled same day on the Labor Day holiday weekend. Robert arrived, inspected the garage door and provided me a detailed estimate with options. I selected my choice and Robert began work. He was efficient, thourough, and quick. He would not leave until he was satisfied everything was correct. I can’t recommend precision garage door enough.

We used precision door again and they did a wonderful job!! Jackson arrived early the day after we call and was one of the most friendly and knowledgeable employees who we have ever used. He gave us options and explained the problem so my wife could understand since I was out of town. He explained the difference if he replace or fixed the existing system. She decided to have a new system installed since it was a long term fix. He completed the in a short time and she was very impressed with the professionalism he showed. We would recommend the company to anyone who has a problem with their garage door system!

Our garage door broke on the hottest day we have had this year. Robert Ruffin came out to help us out. He checked everything over and then gave us a list of options we could go with which was great. We opted for a new opener since ours was about 30 years old. He gave us choices and then proceeded to install the new one. It is fantastic. He walked us thru the operational sequence of how the door and all of the new buttons all worked and made sure we understood them all. He was just awesome, polite and very helpful to us. My neighbor already asked for his card. I would use him again anytime!

This is the second time I have used Precision Door Service. The first was to install a new garage door opener and second was to replace broken spring. In both cases, the tech was polite, on time and professional. Today, David repaired my broken spring. He was there in less than an hour after of my call. He spent time to explained everything. I had him add some new rollers and the entire job was complete very quick. He cleaned up after the job. My garage door is now fixed and quieter than ever ! Just like new! Thanks David and the team for the quick and professional response. I will definitely use them again. You should give them a try!

A technician was able to come out quickly. Beau was very professional and quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. He was considerate and asked if it was okay that he come through the house, and also asked if I wanted him to wear shoe covers. He called ahead of time and showed up when he said he would. When I called to speak with someone about the appointment, they were also very professional and quick to help on the phone. If I need garage door service again, I would definitely call Precision!

See the ads all the time. Garage door would not shut so needed immediate service and they arrived quickly. Chuck Hunt did a fabulous job was quick and efficient in replacing my entire opening system. Price was reasonable. I have an entire new garage door opener and am very pleased. New opener is so much nicer than my 30 year old chain type opener. Chuck arrived when the temperature was 100 degrees and the sun was shining into the garage. Very hot in there and he still was able to complete the job in about an hour. Could not have had a nicer technician for the repair. Thanks Chuck.

Fantastic service! The technician (Chuck) arrived right before 10 AM. I booked the appointment online at 9:40 this morning for today between 10 and 12. He was here at 10:00! Chuck was friendly, professional and knew exactly what to do. He had everything in the truck to complete the job - and he even had an new remote I asked for after he got here He quoted me the charge and the final bill was exactly as quoted. Chuck was thorough with his inspection and checked the door operation before leaving. He explained the services he'd performed and showed me his work. He left the area clean . The efficiency of the service allowed me extra time to get more done afterwards than I had expected. My neighbor saw him at work and after I bragged about the service she asked me to get Chuck's card - which he promptly supplied. This experience is exactly why Precision is the only company I go to for all my garage door needs.

He explained the issue, explained the possible solutions, and efficiently performed the repair. He was very personable and his explanations were clear. Brian and David serviced our garage door today because it was sluggish going up when we used the remote. They found the problem and I think added some new rollers. It works perfectly now. They were very knowledgeable about the system and it gives us peace of mind to have it working properly again. We have signed up to have the system checked out once a year. We would enjoy having them return to our home next year. I have already put a reminder on my phone calendar. They were very personable and we enjoyed meeting them. My garage wouldn't open last night at 9pm. The emergency handle wouldn't work. I checked on Better Business Bureau and found Precision Garage with a very high score and had seen their commercials on TV. I made a next day appointment and was scheduled between 11-1pm. The technician, Colby, called me at 9:45am telling me that he could be there at 10:30. He came and inspected the garage and ask me questions on if I had the garage doors serviced before. Told him no. He did his inspections and quote me different quotes. Answered my questions and gave me information on what his aassessment is. He has all the parts in his truck. I installed a new motor because the old one was making noises and he told me that it will need to be ordered. He replaced the motor and the rollers and springs for me. After he was done, he told me what he did and such. Gave me a tour of the garage motor. Told me to get a garage door lubricant and spray it in the hinges to help with the lubrication of the hinges. He gave me his business card and told me if there are any questions to call and let him know. He even told me what days he isn't working. Which is very helpful. It gives me comfort to know I can always call him or the office if needed.

Jacob, was on time, Courteous & Professional. He was not able to solve the error code immediately on our Lift Master....but after a call and consultation with other reps....He discovered that in addition to unplugging the unit....You have to ALSO, unplug the battery...30 seconds later....plugged in the battery + plugged the unit back in...and Voila, the error message disappeared. We are loyal Precision Customers. We chose Precision at our other Home in Beaverton, and elected to Have Precision's products and services here in Salem. I can recommend this Company without hesitation.
