Beau Was efficient and quick in recommendations for our 2 garage doors that were showing wear in the cabling and rollers. It was one of the things homeowners really don't want to face. He was neat and tidy with replacing the complete parts for each door. He finished in the exact time he quoted.

Colby, from Precision, awesome. He was on-site to repair the original door. During his inspection, he mentioned that the opener motor and arm were "older" than he was, almost. (1999) I decided to replace the motor/arm and am glad we did. Much more efficient and no longer a concern about the old unit.

Precision Garage Door Service did a great job! It was easy to call and talk with a live operator and then have Chuck come out and fix the problem. I really appreciate the same day service and was called 30 minutes before the tech arrived. Chuck was friendly and described what the problems were and how to fix them and told me the price. He went right to work and did a professional job of cleaning up after he was done. He answered all my questions and the whole process took about an hour and a half. I am happy with my new set-up, and I will recommend Precision to other friends I know. Thanks so much! Katherine Perkins

Sam did a great job making sure our garage door worked to perfection. He lubricated all the joints, made sure the lights were set right and checked the springs to make sure they balanced the door correctly. It was a great Fathers Day Present.

We needed to replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door. Initial contact response with Precision was quick, polite, informative, and encouraging. The technician, Jackson, was competent, knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. The seal was replaced and we also paid for a check and lube on the door. We also got some helpful information about replacing the opener and eventually the whole door. Though a little pricy, we thought the quality of the service merited it. We contacted them because we heard them mentioned on OPB as a sponsor, meaning they care about the community, which we appreciate.

Was taken care of the same day, with a morning appointment, by a technician that listened to me babble about what was happening. I was presented with three options for three repair; a three year warranty, a six year warranty, and a 10 year warranty. I've had issues with this door before so I opted for the 10 year warranty. Now my door is quiet and working. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that asks. Thank you guys for helping!

Excellent service and communications of status. The crew of technicians that did the installation of the new garage doors did a great job and left the job site clean. There were a couple panels on the doors that had dents in them from the manufacturer, so the tech pointed them out and said they will be replaced as soon as the panels are available from the manufacturer. I find the honesty and communication of the issue and fix proof of the how Precision does business with their clients. We will definitely recommend Precision to our neighbors and friends.

Nicholas (the technician who came to my home) and Precision Door Service were excellent in all ways. Fast service on a Sunday to repair my garage door. Nicholas did a thorough inspection and provided me with a variety of options. He completed the requested work quickly, and left the worksite clean and neat. Would not hesitate to recommend or hire again.
