I had Precision Garage Door out to install a new garage door opener. I was able to get an appoint for the next day. Jackson was wonderful to work with, polite and very friendly. He explained everything he would do and how long it would take. He got the job done faster than anticipated and cleaned up any mess he made. He helped me set up the app on my phone and explained everything I needed to know to work the new opener. I will have Precision out again if I need any service.

Jeffrey showed up on time and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Jeffrey figured out what was causing our garage door to open and close loudly very quickly, and then fixed the issue with parts in the van. We had an error code 4 to 6 and door didn't close and lights were flashing. Called for service and David Heath came as our tech. There was a loose wire causing the problem which had been missed through 2 previous calls. Wired had been taped together with black electrical tape which was not a good fix and ignored. He repaired with proper connectors and checked all the components in the alignment and brought back to new condition, including adjusting the spring which had been recently installed. It opens and closes now smoothly and silently which it has not before. Best service ever.

We had a very old and unsafe garage door spring system that broke. Vance at Precision was quick to come out and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did an excellent job of thoroughly explaining solution options to someone who knows nothing about garage doors. He provided different options, gave estimated timeframes and costs, and thoroughly explained the steps he was taking along the way. Though we only went with repair work due to economic uncertainties right now, we’re looking forward to exploring possible replacement garage door options down the road. When that time comes, Precision will be who we call.

5 Star all around! Our garage door spring broke & after reading the reviews for Precision, I gave them a call. They scheduled me same day. David was on time, professional & friendly. After he inspected the door & opener I was given 3 service options as well as a quote for a new opener, which I had requested due to our opener was 25+ yrs old. David explained the difference in each quote and the pros & cons. I was never pressured to choose the more expensive option and there were no hidden fees. The decision of what I wanted/needed was fully mine & I felt confident in my choice due to David taking the time to explain the options so I understood them. A couple of hours later I had a brand new opener & full repair/replacement of the spring, cables, etc. My new opener is so quiet & works like a dream! I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Precision for all your garage repair/replace needs!

From the beginning I was impressed with how responsive their email team was, and in the end I was satisfied with the result and how quiet the new opener was. The entire process took less than 12 hours, from my initial outreach to installation.

Samuel was my technician and he was terrific! He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He texted me to let me know he was on his way and then called as he got closer to provide a more specific ETA. My appointment was just to have an annual service on my garage door. I also had what I thought was a programming issue with the key pad so, once he arrived, I asked for assistance with that. Samuel quickly diagnosed that there was actually a problem with the key pad itself. Not directly related to my experience with Samuel, I want to say how much I appreciate receiving a photo of the technician who will be performing the work in advance of their coming to my home.

Our technician Jeffrey did an outstanding job! I unfortunately backed into one of our garage doors, and was unable to get my car out. He was able to straighten the door out, where we will be able up use it until our new doors come in. In addition, he replaced my wife’s 27 year old garage door opener during his call! Our garage was spotless after he left!! This is the second time we have used Precision, we feel no need to go anywhere else!

I filled out all of their online forms. I provided even further information when they're bot kept texting me and emailing me. Only to find out after 30 minutes of back and forth with them that I'm 2 minutes outside their service area. Not sure how the reviews are so good. Their communication and website information is beyond low. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I think I dodged a bullet with this one for sure. I can only imagine if they were to install the door they would never warranty it. It seems to me that they pay for their five star reviews. Avoid at all costs.

We scheduled our appointment at 8:30 AM and our service technician was here before 10! He was done relatively fast — less than an hour! Our technician’s name was Beau and he did a wonderful job! Our garage door repair works better than it did when we bought the house!
