Precision did a great job getting my garage door operational again after a spring broke and some parts got bent and damaged. The technician presented me with several options, did a great job explaining everything and got parts installed and working again quickly. I'll definitely use them when I'm ready to upgrade my system.

Fast service after the issue was reported. They didn't overcharge, fixed the problem and standby their work from their previous work about a year ago . This company was highly recommended by friends and I will use them again in the future.

Ok, unusual for me as I dont do reviews, my theory is if you aren’t confident about your services, dont rely on me to fix it HOWEVER, That was not the case with this job. I give you 5 stars………..the weather was incredibly hot and this door was in direct sun so your installer Josh was adamant about getting the job done even though I mentioned it could be delayed until a morning install, however he decided to install. I would look to increase this guys salary because he was very conscientious and it looks like he did a great job under very difficult circumstances. That’s it, you got more out of me than most people but so far great job. As it was 98 plus in direct sun we did not program the keyless entry pad as I told him I would look into it later when cooler.

The service tech (Joe) arrived exactly on time and quickly reviewed all potential options for our garage door. We definitely need a new opener system, he was ready with appropriate options. Once we selected the opener he immediately went to work removing the existing (failed 30 year old opener) and installing the new one. Joe's instructions on the new opener's use were excellent. For a little additional expense Joe completely replaced all rollers and bearings on the door to make the new opener more quiet and efficient. The best that door has operated in 20 years. Excellent customer service.

Brian and Bryan did a great job today, repairing our garage door. The retention springs broke, and Brian determined that the proper springs were not installed. They also found our cables were severely worn as well. The door has never operated as well as it does after Precision performed the proper upgrades! They provide a great warranty package and stand behind their work. I was able to go online over the weekend and select the time and date that worked for me, and they arrived right on time! I highly recommend Precision for any Garage door repair or replacement!

Our garage opener stopped working. We were able to get an appointment right away. Levi was a great technician and diagnosed the problem. Our old opener was over 20 year old and was beyond repair. We bought the same opener we bought for our other garage door and Levi was able to install it on the same say. Levi was very helpful in setting up the app on my phone that gives information every time the garage door is open or closed. He was very professional and curteous. I really appreciate the excellent service I received from Levi and Precision. Thanks!

Yes the garage door issue was perfectly solved. The technician evaluated the door issues and taken some steps to smoothen the rails of the door. Technician lubricated the joints of the rails and it was going up and down smoothly. Technician knows the job and he did a great job. Thank you.

The quote I got from the 24/7 support service was less than half of what the actual fee was. The tech was very nice and knowledgeable and provided great service, but I felt stuck having to choose between 3 options that were all more than double the quote from the call taker. I’m sure I got a good product but it did not feel like a truthful disclosure.
