We booked an appointment to have them replace our Garage door opener that was around 18 years old and beginning to have issues with the opening and closing with the clickers and keypad. We tried fixing it ourselves and it wasn't working so we reached out to Precision for help. They came early and did their initial check and tried their best to fix our existing opener to avoid having to replace it. After working on that they determined that a full replacement was needed and he was able to crank that out very quickly as well. I was really appreciative of how he tried to save us a little bit of money by trying to work with what he already had and then I was very happy with how quickly and efficiently he worked and did an excellent job! This is our second time using Precision with our Garage Door needs and we won't be going anywhere else!

Garage door unfortunately had some older components that failed, rendering it inoperable. Gabe came to my home the same day, walked me through several service options, and fixed my unit that day/restored it to operations. Our garage doors began to make noise and periodically stall out when coming down. Jason did a great job of replacing the cables and adjusting the doors back to the original positions. I’m very happy with the work done. I felt it was a little expensive however and that is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5.
