My wife and I could not be happier with your repair service technicians Brian (supervisor) and Jackson (trainee). We found them both to be very knowledgeable , courteous and friendly. They called to let us know they would be arriving ahead of our scheduled time. They examined both of our garage doors and gave us expert recommendations for the necessary repairs on our doors. They presented us with costs for the optional repairs. After we agreed to which repairs we wanted they began work immediately. Brian and Jackson answered all our question as they worked on the repairs. We were pleasantly surprised they had all necessary parts and supplies with them. They thoroughly checked all their work and operation of the doors upon completion of the job. The entire job took less than two hours start to finish. Had a great experience with Precision. My garage door stopped working late on Friday, but they were able to get there Saturday morning to fix it. Our tech Colby Diaz did an outstanding job installing the belt drive garage door opener, railing repair ,outdoor key pad, as well as tuning up/lubrication. He also volunteered to pair our car with the opener. Colby is very knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly. He is also very friendly and professional. We will specifically ask for him for any upcoming tuneup or repair needs in the future.

We were having problems with programming our garage door openers. We also had concern that our garage door opener was getting old. Jacob came and programmed all of our remotes without disturbing any that were already programmed. We also had concerned that the opener was getting old, but Jacob assured us it was in great shape. I almost forgot to say that they responded to our call quickly and we’re out the same day.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service after talking to the google highest rated garage door service companies in the area. Precision is very highly rated with a lot of positive reviews, they were also the best price for the work that I thought I needed done. I called Precision at 11:45 am on Friday to schedule an appointment and the service technician arrived at my at 12:30 pm the same day. The technician was very friendly, informative and thorough. He was able to fix the door while he was there and took the time to educate me on preventative maintenance I could do to keep everything working properly and hopefully last longer. I highly recommend this company.

Total 5 star experience from start to finish! Opener broke in the evening, called in the next morning and a tech was at my home in an hour. He gave a thorough, easy to understand explanation of the problem and we decided to replace the old opener with an upgraded model. The tech, Jacob Johnson, had all the materials with him and completed the replacement process in about an hour. He did an excellent job of explaining all the features of the new opener, programmed our vehicles for us and also did a lube of both garage doors. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and personable tech! Would not hesitate using Precision Garage Door Service again and highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service! Thank you!

I came home one evening and the garage door wouldn't open. I was very pleased that I could book an appointment for the next morning. The online booking was very easy. The technician (Luke) was running a bit late and he called me to let me know. He then let me know when he was on the way. I received a message with his picture so I knew who to expect. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with the options and cost. In a couple of hours, he had replaced everything but the door and rails. He also showed me how to maintain the new system. It's very quiet and smooth. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

We called Precision for a minor (we thought) replacement of a worn bottom rubber bumper on our double garage door. Precision scheduled a technician within two hours. Service tech, Beau, assessed the situation, found a failed edge hinge we were not aware of. He talked with us about repair options, gave us reasonable detailed estimates, efficiently replaced the damaged part and installed other hinges carefully. We appreciated Beau's friendly manner, technical know-how, clear communication and providing us a range of options. And, yes, the bottom rubber bumper was replaced too. Recommend Precision most highly.

We had been having some issues with our garage door not opening and closing right. I called Precision and they sent out a technician the same day. Our technician was Trey and he came right on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and did the safety inspection, lubricated the door and diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a fair price. The safety eyes at the bottom of the door needed to be repositioned as the sun was affecting their ability to work together. I also had an issue with my older classic Mercedes garage door opener not working with the new garage door opener. If a vehicle is pre 2013 due to changes in how the signal operates it may be that I just have to use the hand opener which works fine. Trey promised a call back from one of their senior techs on this issue later today which is fine.
