Called Precision based on reviews and advertisement. We were having intermittent door closing problems. Joe was our tech. He was very patient, and listened to the problem. After checking out the entire door, his diagnosis's was old door sensors The sensors were replaced with modern ones and the problem was solved. Great service!

I had new garage op wires installed and Luke Dials did a fantastic job. He arrived right on time and finished the job faster than estimated. Everything was done professionally, and he showed me how to set up the app and even programmed all of my vehicles home links. Everything works as advertised. I could not be happier.

My spring on my garage door broke at 7:55. I called precision garage door and Joe was there by 8:30. He gave me multiple options to replace the whole garage door or just fix the problems that needed to be addressed and we went with that option. he took care of it and my garage door works perfectly and if I ever needed to replace it, I would call precision to do the work
