Really great service. They were able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. The technician was right on time and diagnosed my intermittent functioning garage door opener. It turned out to be the electronic panel in the opener box. The unit is 17 yrs old and yet they had a replacement panel right in the truck! I am very pleased with my experience with Precision Garage Door.

I have used Precision on a few occasions now. The latest was for an issue I was having with the wall mounted garage door opener. I called and got an appointment for the next day. The technician got here and took a look and had it resolved in 15 minutes and let me know what he had done and he also did some other checks to make sure everything looked good. Your repair person was great - efficient, smart, knew what they were doing, and fixed it all up! I decided to get new springs and new rollers for my double garage door, which was not functioning properly, and new keypads for two garages. I scheduled tune ups on my 3 doors using the online scheduler. Was able to get a next day appt. Colby was great. He evaluated our door seals and determined why they were squealing and progressively getting worse even after I had lubricated the hinges and rollers. Very professional and friendly and no pressure, just options.

As with our previous interactions with Percision Luke, the technician, arrived asked questions relating our issues with the garage door. Diagnosed and located the problems and gave us several options to address our needs. Completed the job fast and efficiently. Plus he was very friendly and easy to talk to. If you have a garage door issue I highly recommend them to resolve them.

David the tech called me with a courtesy call prior to the end of the schedule window to explain he was held back on the previous job and would give me another call when he was on his way, in which he did and gave me a really close estimate as to when he would arrive. Hayden came out today to do an assessment on our garage doors and the the LiftMaster openers. He did a 10-15 minute review gave me detailed feedback and suggestions and what to consider with each option. Very easy to work with, very clear in his recommendations. We decided to replace both LiftMasters he finished the work in three hours helped us sync them with our cars and reviewed all the new features. We have used a ton of service people but Hayden was the best for all the reasons I mentioned above. So I highly recommend Hayden and Precision Door Service!

Colby did a great job overhauling our 53 yr old wood door. Many worn out parts along with the broken spring. New parts are sealed bearing type with 5yr warranty on all work.
