Your technician Gen Kalinkin was prompt ,professional and on time for our garage door repair project. He is very enthused about the recent merger of the company and looking forward to the opportunity to learn more about the expansion of the company. He is very appreciative of the support he receives from his direct supervisor.

I hated parting with each dollar I had to spend because I accidentally backed into my garage door before it was fully opened. Having said that and on a more positive note, let me say that Scott was a pleasure to deal with, he did any excellent job doing the repair, and he provided outstanding customer service in spite of the circumstances. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service whether it is for routine work or otherwise. I will use them again when the need arises and Scott Kern is a great representative of why I will be a repeat customer.

Sandy Boardman

Same day service and repair, reasonable prices, excellent customer service. Vance was our guy, and he did a fantastic job of explaining the issues and our options. He was communicative and showed us everything he intended to fix and why. Will definitely call again when we need the future repairs.

Let me start with saying the installing crew was great and the garage door itself is nice. HOWEVER customer service and communication is terrible. A garage door replacement that was suppose to take 5 weeks from the day we ordered to the finished product took 15 weeks. They rescheduled 3 times. The first two were because they claimed they only received half the panels/they came damaged. They cancelled both of those the evening before they were supposed to go arrive early in the morning. They finally came to do the project and had the wrong materials, we paid extra for the top window panel. We then needed to reschedule for that and they made us wait another 5 and a half week. We were told they would contact us to schedule that and they did not, I needed to play phone tag as Gary would not take my calls and would tell me he would be at lunch for half the afternoon. Gary only blamed the company they got their materials from and told us he would be letting his supervisor, Alvin, know about this and would contact me about a discount for this nightmare turn around. We never heard from Gary or Alvin. I will say after the first cancellations we were told we would receive a discount but we didn't get that until they cancelled a second time and we had to tell them we never got compensated. I would rather pay more than work with them again. I wont be recommending Precision to anyone

I am very pleased with Precision; from my call to make the appt to the service provided by Beau J. He arrived when he said he would, was polite and professional. He listened to my concerns, answered my myriad of questions, and thoroughly explained available options. After deciding on the option I wanted, Beau set about getting all the work done. I’m so excited to have a fully functional garage door opener and related improvements after opening/closing it manually for nearly 15 years! I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door.

Late last Saturday afternoon, I found that one of my garage opener’s springs was broken. I called Precision Garage Door and got an appointment the next day morning. The Technician Nick Rasley arrived on time and gave the system a thorough going over and report back to me with recommendations, prices and discounts of different levels of repairs. The options included replacing one spring, two springs, rollers, cables, … and the motor. Because the springs are seven years old and the motor is over twenty years old, I end up replacing the whole system. Now it runs smoothly the best I have ever seen. Precision Garage Door offers quick response, excellent technician, good price with discount and warranty.

Sam did a great job installing new weather stripping in our single-car garage. We booked a maintenance visit and wanted to see how much it would cost for the weather stripping. It was very reasonable and completed on a subsequent visit. Looks so much better! Sam is very personable and professional.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Vance. He is very professional and knowledgeable about the product and the installation requirements. He made the process pleasant and easily understandable. Thanks to Vance, I feel very confident in the performance of both the garage door and the opener.

Stephany Harvey

I called Precision Door and a technician was out there in an hour or 2. I was impressed. And their prices were great. They replaced the spring that lifts the garage door.

Todd Oliver

Jackson installed the Liftmaster 6690L Smart opener complete package and did an excellent job replacing a 16 year old opener. I couldn’t believe how quiet it is now. He also explained everything clearly so that I could decide which way to go with my decision. After seeing the commercials for many years, I’m glad I picked them.

Precision Door Service responded quickly late Sunday afternoon. The technician, Nick, was very professional; put in new springs and inspected the entire system to be sure everything was in good condition. Excellent and efficient service, reasonable cost; will use them again if needed.

I called and one of them to do a tuneup and when David got here, he pointed out right away. I had a broken spring and actually showed me the other issues with my garage door. Worn bearings On both sides anda bent rod and a worn center bearing. Give me a great price and was very knowledgeable and super friendly and explained everything before I okayed the work. I would definitely recommend and I will always use precision door or any of my garage door needs. And hopefully if I ever need them again, they would be my service technician. 5 stars across the board!
