I had Precision garage doors out to inspect my 2.5 year old garage door installed by another company in town that is now under new ownership. Chuck H was my tech, and after some small talk he got to work doing an inspection. At one point during the inspection he found my end bearings had some play, and he replaced them at reasonable price in under 20 minutes. Chuck at one point told me "I love my job, it's the best job on the planet". That right there made me a lifetime customer. Thanks precision garage doors, and Chuck H!!!

Prompt and excellent service. Richard was very knowledgeable and efficient in replacing the worn out door lock box and bearings and springs showing wear. He had to make an extra trip to the warehouse for the lock box. He did all this in record time!

I had Precision Garage Door out to install a new garage door opener. I was able to get an appoint for the next day. Jackson was wonderful to work with, polite and very friendly. He explained everything he would do and how long it would take. He got the job done faster than anticipated and cleaned up any mess he made. He helped me set up the app on my phone and explained everything I needed to know to work the new opener. I will have Precision out again if I need any service.

We had an error code 4 to 6 and door didn't close and lights were flashing. Called for service and David Heath came as our tech. There was a loose wire causing the problem which had been missed through 2 previous calls. Wired had been taped together with black electrical tape which was not a good fix and ignored. He repaired with proper connectors and checked all the components in the alignment and brought back to new condition, including adjusting the spring which had been recently installed. It opens and closes now smoothly and silently which it has not before. Best service ever.

Though we only went with repair work due to economic uncertainties right now, we’re looking forward to exploring possible replacement garage door options down the road. 5 Star all around! Our garage door spring broke & after reading the reviews for Precision, I gave them a call. They scheduled me same day. David was on time, professional & friendly. After he inspected the door & opener I was given 3 service options as well as a quote for a new opener, which I had requested due to our opener was 25+ yrs old. David explained the difference in each quote and the pros & cons. I was never pressured to choose the more expensive option and there were no hidden fees. The decision of what I wanted/needed was fully mine & I felt confident in my choice due to David taking the time to explain the options so I understood them. A couple of hours later I had a brand new opener & full repair/replacement of the spring, cables, etc. My new opener is so quiet & works like a dream! I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Precision for all your garage repair/replace needs!

Nick was friendly and professional. He replaced my garage door opener the same day in under two hours and went above and beyond by putting in the two bottom rollers that had been sitting on my shelf. Samuel was my technician and he was terrific! He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He texted me to let me know he was on his way and then called as he got closer to provide a more specific ETA. My appointment was just to have an annual service on my garage door. I also had what I thought was a programming issue with the key pad so, once he arrived, I asked for assistance with that. Samuel quickly diagnosed that there was actually a problem with the key pad itself. Not directly related to my experience with Samuel, I want to say how much I appreciate receiving a photo of the technician who will be performing the work in advance of their coming to my home.
