I’m a builder and have used Precision many times. Always very prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. This time the installer was 5 months new employee, couldn’t answer some of my questions, was frustrated with the install, took 5 hours. When I booked appointment i told caller I wanted the same opener as installed last year. Installer said they don’t carry those. Appointment person should have had knowledge of my account, installer needed more info/better training. He was very prompt, courteous, nice guy and professional, nothing personal against him, he did a good job. Just too new for my liking. From a long time customer a seasoned veteran should have been sent. I get it he has to learn somehow but I had higher expectations of Precision. I’ll still use Precision but please do better training with your staff. Thanks.

Bryan and his partner showed up quickly to fix our garage door. They inspected the door and all of it's components and quickly diagnosised the problem. He explained all of the different repair options and the prices, but wasn't pushy at all. Before I knew it the door was fixed. Bryan was very personable and the whole experience was very pleasant.

Precision met my needs. I contacted them Thursday evening and Stephen Curtis was here first thing Friday morning. He was courteous, professional and polite. Precision was timely and professional. The technician “Chuck” called ahead of time to give an accurate ETA and introduce himself. They warrantied the broken door spring that was replaced over 10 years ago at no charge except the minimal service fee. Great company and we always recommend them to our friends and family. We will always appreciate the fact that they came out and replaced our entire garage door opener motor, remotes, entry pad etc. at no charge 10 years ago when it failed and they found out I was struggling with health issues and in the hospital for a month. I can’t say enough about this incredible company! I highly recommend them.

Your technician, Scott, could not have been more professional or nicer. He came out the same day I called. He gave me a very precise estimate with several options. I severely damaged my garage door opening system and was trying to decide whether to get a new door or to just have it repaired. I called Precision and Cody came out and assessed the damage. The door was found to be in good condition, and only a repair appointment would be needed. Scott was quickly assigned to the repair and he contacted me to let me know when he would be there. The damaged torsion tube, bearings, springs, cables and rollers were quickly replaced, the opener re-programmed, and the system tested to my satisfaction. Scott and his assistant (forgive me, I've forgotten his name) were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would happily recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone considering them.

From point of first contact this was a terrific experience. Hayden provided options and had everything he needed to complete the job. He took my noisy 28 year old door, and had it humming when he left. Springs, drums, rollers and a new opener. He worked alone and he worked hard. He finished in 4.5 hours and I’m thrilled. I called on a Sunday afternoon and the repair person arrived 1 hour later calling me 1/2 hour before he arrived. He did a complete survey of the job and gave me a quote and expected time frame for completion. He was very professional and I would recommend the services of Precision door services to any one who has a garage door issue. Jacob Johnson (Tech) was extremely efficient and answered all of my questions. It was a relief dealing with a pro.

He resolved the problem and went above and beyond to inspect and make adjustments to our older door. He even reprogrammed a keypad that hasn’t worked in years. The door works better than ever and the new remotes and keypad are a big improvement. He made some excellent recommendations for maintaining our system in the future. Sunday service is why selected-v nice phone receptionist+wonderful on time repairman Hayden came Sun. Pm/finished job next day(my choice), after getting all ‘ok’ meanwhile. Several repairs needed to door up/down apparatus, not electrical opener.
