We booked an appointment to have them replace our Garage door opener that was around 18 years old and beginning to have issues with the opening and closing with the clickers and keypad. We tried fixing it ourselves and it wasn't working so we reached out to Precision for help. They came early and did their initial check and tried their best to fix our existing opener to avoid having to replace it. After working on that they determined that a full replacement was needed and he was able to crank that out very quickly as well. I was really appreciative of how he tried to save us a little bit of money by trying to work with what he already had and then I was very happy with how quickly and efficiently he worked and did an excellent job! This is our second time using Precision with our Garage Door needs and we won't be going anywhere else!

Garage door unfortunately had some older components that failed, rendering it inoperable. Gabe came to my home the same day, walked me through several service options, and fixed my unit that day/restored it to operations. Really appreciated the same day service and very thorough explanation/work quality, would definitely use Precision Door for any future issues as they arise.

I appreciate being able to watch a video of technicians before our appointment. Brandon was very thorough and knowledgeable about garage doors and garage door openers. He explained everything well and gave us many options. Brandon also called before arriving so we would know exactly when to expect him--and he was able to come even earlier than our original time slot. Amazing service from beginning to end. The team called me right away after I submitted a service request and were able to arrange to have one of their technicians come out over a weekend. Joe was professional and super helpful and quickly fixed our garage door and installed a new keypad after providing me with a range of options. It’s heartening knowing there are still companies out there like Precision with truly excellent customer service.

Our garage doors began to make noise and periodically stall out when coming down. Jason did a great job of replacing the cables and adjusting the doors back to the original positions. I’m very happy with the work done. I felt it was a little expensive however and that is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5.

Brian was here on time, gave me a very thorough outline of the options I had for the repairs that were needed, He explained the different steps to me, and some of the things that he did to provide the most suitable parts. Called Precision based on reviews and advertisement. We were having intermittent door closing problems. Joe was our tech. He was very patient, and listened to the problem. After checking out the entire door, his diagnosis's was old door sensors The sensors were replaced with modern ones and the problem was solved. Great service!

I had new garage op wires installed and Luke Dials did a fantastic job. He arrived right on time and finished the job faster than estimated.
