SUPER - Sunday 3/30 - around 11:05 am called for service - garage door opener wasn't - working was told repair service man would be coming sometime before 1 pm - shortly after hanging up - rec'd call - saying someone will be arriving in about in 30 min or so & James did - immediately found the problem & then check the other parts on both doors - completed around 12:30 - super service - highly recommended - James is a very pleasant person

Garage door opener light was not working when opening and closing the door. Replaced light bulb. Also, inspection uncovered looser roller bearings. Replaced roller bearings on both ends. Finally, tightened belt and lubricated all hinges. Great job, Chuck Thank you

So I decided to call Precision GARAGE DOOR SERVICE since I had exceptional service from them in the past. Bryan Sanders was the technician that arrived earlier than I expected (which was nice). He was very friendly and seemed to be an expert in the garage door industry. He made recommendations and let us know of all the options available to make our garage door safe & reliable. Today I had very professional technician Scott Kern out, and he got rid of a very loud clunk from my garage door while opening. He’s an incredible technician. Nobody else could figure it out. He found the issue immediately and the noise is gone! He also adjusted the settings as my safety reverse was not functioning. Now it is! On my other property, Scott rebuilt the entire garage door system with all new parts, and it is smooth as silk. Highly recommend Scott for all garage door needs!!!!
