I was so impressed with Precision's services today. I called late on a Saturday afternoon expecting to get an appointment sometime in the next week or so. Our garage door spring broke in the morning. I went on-line and Precision popped up on a google search. I was able to easily schedule an appointment on-line. I picked later in the afternoon. Within 10 minutes of the start of the 2 hour window David your service technician called to give me a more precise time for his arrival, which was right in the middle of the two hour window. I received an automated message and then another phone call from David indicating his arrival would be within 15 minutes (still on the original timeframe he estimated in the earlier phone call). I was very impressed with the communication to let me know that you were aware of my appointment time and did everything to keep it and keep me in the loop. I haven't gotten that sort of communication from any other contractors/repairmen. As for the actual work, David was very friendly and competent. He provided three options to solve the problem. That is, minimum repair to get the broken spring repaired only, then two other options that replace some more moving parts and another that replace all moving parts of the door. The work was completed quickly and professionally. While I hope I don't need any garage door work in the near future, but if I do, I will certainly call Precision Garage Door and ask specifically for David!

After calling Precise they showed up within 45 minutes. They were prompt and very professional. They had my garage fixed within 45 minutes. The receptionist was very nice and knowledgeable. The technician was very nice and knew exactly what to. I appreciated the promptness of taking care of my problem with the door.

2026: Another great experience with Precision Door Service. I had to replace my old old garage door that I knew would take 8 weeks to arrive. I ordered it with Luke on February 18 and it was installed by Colby on April 22. Colby did a great job. The only glitch in the whole experience was that the installation was scheduled for a 2 hour window Wed morning and when I called as that window was closing I learned that it had been moved to the afternoon. However, I would work with Precision Door again any time I need it. 2025: I've just had excellent service again from Precision Door Service. I wrote a lengthy review below 2 years ago and I want to add that my recent experience was also excellent. David was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained all the possible causes of the problem I was having with my car garage door opener so I understood. This company has excellent technicians who are personable and great problem-solvers. 2023: My son recommended Precision Door Service to install my new garage door opener. Everything about my experience was excellent as well. I called and was scheduled for the next day. Luke and James called a half hour prior to arriving. I recently moved here and this is my first garage so I know nothing about chains and belts and springs and general maintenance. They analyzed the status of a noisy, feeble 23-year-old garage door opener. Without overwhelming me with technical jargon, they proposed 3 options and presented the pros and cons of each as well as the price. I selected the PDS Ultra 901. I also opted for new springs. Everything was installed and remote controls and keypads were programmed by 5PM. I’m extremely pleased with the result and I have a sense of security and safety with the products and with their work. I appreciated the respectful professionalism of both James and Luke in how they explained both the products and the process to me. They were conscientious and left my garage neater than it had been.

I had an issue with door not opening fully today at our detached garage with no other exterior entrance , and key pad tempermental .. for several days.. I called Precision Door at around 11 am. The scheduling person said they could come this afternoon between 1 and 3. At 1:05 there was a knock on the door and the very pleasant technician was there! I know this doesnt't happen all the time but I have always had great response , no-one trying to upsell, and they are fast and efficient. Never had a complaint and have called Precision door for years.

In today's climate prompt service on all things on your home does not happen often. I was shocked, to say the least of receiving service on my garage door within two hours. Scheduling a service person is usually a daunting affair, with multiple online chats, back and forth texts and even after that you're lucky enough to get someone out in a couple weeks! Colby showed up to my door the same day, analyzed what needed to be repaired on my garage door and then was able to fix the problem the SAME DAY! My garage door wasn't even this quiet when it was first installed! I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Excellent So glad I made the initial call..my noisy door ended up with a damaged bracket that was about to cause me to get a new door...and possibly car damage if the door fell. He quickly spotted the damaged bracket and how to fix it. Since the doors motor was also over 20 years old he provided me with options to consider. Two hours later my door quietly hums safely up and down.

I called on Friday afternoon after our garage door spring broke. I had a technician scheduled the next day for between 2 and 4. The technician (Beau) showed up promptly at 2:00 and looked over our existing 20-25 year old setup. After going over all the issues he saw with our current setup, he explained everything in great detail and options we had to get us up and running. We elected to replace most of the existing system including the garage door opener. Beau did an excellent job, his knowledge of the process was obvious and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated. We could not be more happy with the result of the work that Beau did for us. From the moment we called to schedule a technician the overall experience was fantastic, we would recommend Beau and Precision Door Service to anyone that was looking for garage door needs!!

I picked them because their name came to mind from advertising. I had to change my sppointb3 times and the girl on the phone was more than helpful and was able to get me on the schedule today. She was so nice and I was embarrassed that I changed it so often and she assured me it was no issue. Vance was very professional. Explained 5 different options to me with no pressure to buy anything, I chose the 20 year plan and he was so good about explaining everything he did in great detail. Very personable. I would give your phone servíce and Vance both 10 stars if I could. I’d be happy to recommend your services to others. Hopefully I’m good for quite awhile but will call again if needed.
