I contacted Precision Garage Door to inspect my door and all parts associated with the mechanical operation of the door. I was advised a service technician would contact me later that day and advise when he would be out to inspect the door. Andrew Del Fava, service technician, called me and stated he would be at my house at 2:00PM. Andrew arrived about 20 minutes early and greeted me with a smile. I cannot express enough how courteous and professional Andrew was. He answered all of my questions in a manner that was easy to understand and provided me with three options regarding my door. He explained three options in detail and when I asked when he could schedule an appointment to complete the option I selected, he stated he could do it right now. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed. I advised Andrew I was not under any timeline and did not want him to have to start a job and not finish until after his normal quitting time. He stated he would have the job done by 5:00PM or maybe a little after. At 4:40PM he advised me he was done. He showed me everything he did and answered all of my questions in a professional and understanding fashion. On a rating of 1 to 10 I give Andrew a 15. His attitude, professionalism, demeanor is without question at the top of the scale. If all service personnel had his attitude and approach to doing business a homeowner would be more than satisfied with whatever the technician was requested to do. Andrew is a great asset to Precision Garage Door Service, and they are fortunate to have him represent their company. Thank you Andrew for your visit, attitude, professionalism you displayed. I could not be more pleased with the experience I had and the job you did

I’d definitely recommend Precision Garage Door, especially their technician Jeffrey Powell-Jenkins. Jeffrey was great to work with, he explained everything in a way that actually made sense, didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, and just kept things straightforward. Super easy to talk to and clearly knows what he’s doing. I actually called them after seeing their commercials, and they lived up to it. Overall, really solid experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The tech did a great job and explained the process. By chance, a capacitor on my opener died as the tech was checking operation, he made a call and another tech showed up with a replacement in minutes. Part was swapped out and the opener was going again. Great teamwork and service.

Great experience from beginning to end! Paul, the salesman was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. William, the installer was on-time, very professional and did a very craftsman like installation. When the door installation was complete, I told William I planned on installing the door opener myself and he volunteered to install it for us! This level of customer service is rare and very much appreciated. I cannot recommend Precision highly enough!

I can’t recommend Precision highly enough. Their pricing is refreshingly fair and their workmanship is second to none. The installer, William was on-time, very professional and willing to answer our questions. When the install was complete, I told William that I planned on installing a door opener myself and he offered to install it free of charge! I couldn’t believe my ears and obviously took him up on his offer. I can’t praise William high enough and recommend this company with a 5-star review!

Booked my appointment one day ahead. The next day Andrew Del Fava came to service our door that had been neglected since it's install over ten years ago. Needless to say it made fingernails on a chalkboard sound beautiful. Not to be deterred, Andrew did an amazing job and got our door to almost hum, an amazing transformation! Andrew was prompt, communicative, very skilled and knowledgeable. Don't call around. Use Precision and be done!

Called Precision because of intermittent “banging” sound when the garage door was opening. Had same day service in a few hours. The technician, Jackson, diagnosed the problem immediately (damaged bearing plates) and replaced them quickly — a very affable technician who obviously knew what he was doing. My wife and I both told him that his skill would not be taken over by AI for a long time, if ever. We are completely satisfied with the work done by Jackson, and the rapid response time by Precision Garage Door Service.

Luke the technician was Fast, Professional, and Courteous. His workmanship is high quality. A year ago Precision Garage Door Service replaced opener, rollers and spring. 1 Year later... Free of charge, They warranty replaced one of the rollers. Additionally, lubricated the door hinges, rollers and rails.
