I am so pleased with the sevice from Precision, I would give more than a 5 star rating if I could! My garage door was not functioning at all, and is too heavy for me to lift by hand. First, when I called, a real person answered the phone. Christie (I am probably not spelling her name right). was courteous, professional, and had all the necessary information at hand. I have used Precision in the past, and the record was available. Second, I was told Brian would be the technician coming to my home, and since pictures of all the technicians are shown on the website, I knew exactly who to expect. Brian was also very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. After assessing the situation, he explained the options for necessary repairs or replacements of various parts. The door had not been assessed professionally in many years - my fault. It took a couple of hours to complete the replacement/repairs of various parts. Third, the company location, the response time, BBB rating and 'badges' shown on the website were all impressive; especially the pictures of the personnel. Brian said if I have any questions about the new opener, etc. to call the company for help. I will be calling in six months to schedule a maintenance inspection. The problem was solved in just a few hours. Thank you for your prompt response, and knowledgeable, courteous personnel. SO important.

I cannot express how amazing my experience has been. Although the actual work will be completed next week this whole experience has been amazing. I literally drove out of my garage with my hatch open and ripped my garage door off its hinges damaging most of it. Eric arrived within two hours of this happening. He not only surveyed the damage and put together a quote he helped me get it back on the rails enough to get it closed and secured it with a screwdriver. My quote came within two hours and I was estatic at the price. New garage door and new opener right around $1900. I thought it was going to be like 4000. Excellent company, excellent customer service, came to my rescue. You need to hire this company. You won’t be disappointed!! Nancy

Marcus did an exemplary job of fixing my door issue. He explained what the problem was and gave me several options for maintenance. He was indeed courteous and professional. I had several choices of Garage Door companies but the fact that someone answered my phone call at 8:00 at night and I was then able to schedule an appointment for the next day cinched the deal for your company.

I would like to start with the reason for a 4 star. In reality they got a 5. But I was taught always leave room for improvement and reach for the stars so to speak lol. But really5. Scott and Ryan were superior service. Very polite. They explained everything very well. :). They didn't seem like people just about the money. They seemed to enjoy helping others. I feel like people often put aside reviews wether it's just put aside or forgot,time restrictions or just pure laziness... I mean let's be serious. ;) but they were worth it. Thanks always Vernholm family.

I had a spring on my door snap. I called them, and they came out the same day. The technician(Jason) did a total check of the door, springs, rollers, cables, and recommended to me what I needed. he had all the product on his truck and had the job completed in an hour or so. I used this service in 2021 when my garage door broke and I thought it would need replacing. To my surprise they were able to repair it for under $300. So I called this year when I couldn't get the door opener to work right. The technician was very good at explaining what they would do and how they would fix it.

Jason was a real pro. He didnt up sell me which I totally appreciate. He replaced a broken hinge and rollers. He also added a few gussets to help keep the door as ridged as possible and made sure the track was aligned. I always like an honest, friendly tech with skills. I will use jason again
