Our garage door broke yesterday, and my partner called Precision and had an appointment for the very next morning! Jeffrey was amazing, quick, efficient. Explained everything he was going to do then when he was done showed me what was done and nothing was missed! He even helped me move a large rack to give him more room to work. 5 stars, highly recommended.

We called because of a faulty outside keypad and the 2 staff members were able to get out to us the very next day! After consulting with the employees, we decided to replace the garage door opener as well as the keypad. They were able to complete the entire process in just a few hours. The staff were efficient, good communicators, and very friendly. I was also impressed that they thanked me for my patronage and shook my hand; you don't see that type of professionalism much anymore.

Joe showed up on time and gave me 3 options to fix my door. He was very knowledgeable and completed the job in an hour. My door is much quieter now and he gave some maintenance tips for the future. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone that may have issues with their garage door
