We had two garage doors that needed service. Beau did a great job explaining what was needed and why. The quote for the service was reasonable. The installation of new garage door openers, springs and other needs were expertly done. His trainee, Teehee, was also polite and knowledgeable. Cleanup was done after job completion.

great service! Bo was the technician, and he explained the work to be done to repair the weather stripping? on the bottom of the door. It was worn out. He was professional and friendly, and the repair was done quickly. It only took a couple of days to get on the schedule, which I appreciated, even though it wasn't any type of emergency. I've used the company before and will use you again, I'm sure!

A technician was able to come out quickly. Beau was very professional and quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. He was considerate and asked if it was okay that he come through the house, and also asked if I wanted him to wear shoe covers. He called ahead of time and showed up when he said he would. When I called to speak with someone about the appointment, they were also very professional and quick to help on the phone. If I need garage door service again, I would definitely call Precision!

We called Precision for a minor (we thought) replacement of a worn bottom rubber bumper on our double garage door. Precision scheduled a technician within two hours. Service tech, Beau, assessed the situation, found a failed edge hinge we were not aware of. He talked with us about repair options, gave us reasonable detailed estimates, efficiently replaced the damaged part and installed other hinges carefully. We appreciated Beau's friendly manner, technical know-how, clear communication and providing us a range of options. And, yes, the bottom rubber bumper was replaced too. Recommend Precision most highly.

He gave my door a complete overhaul and showed me all the worn parts to replace. He even was kind enough to fix my doorbell at no extra charge. This service comes with a 10year warranty on all parts and labor. Call these guys and ask for Bo, he is the best!!

We have an old, wooden, 16 foot wide roll up garage door and one morning we found that the door spring had broken. We were unable to open the door manually because it was so heavy, and had an appointment that required getting our car out of the garage. We called Precision, and they had a service tech to our home in about an hour and had the door spring replaced less than an hour after that. The service tech was friendly, professional, clearly explained our options, and completed the work in a timely manner. We will be replacing this garage door some time in the future, and plan to have Precision do that work.

I was very impressed with the quality of service. Prices seemed very reasonable. My garage door motor worked but the door guides and rollers were binding and stopping part way up. I called on a Thursday. They were available the next day but I scheduled for Saturday. Beau the technician was great. Very friendly, professional, fast, showed up on time and seemed to know his stuff. He told me my options but didn’t try to hard sell me. I paid for a tune up and new rollers. Seems to be working well now. No binding and much quieter. I’m happy! I would definitely recommend Precision Door Sefvice.
