Tim did an outstanding job on our garage door disaster that occurred the night before. Springs, cables and other parts had broken all at once while closing the door for the night. Upon arriving on time, he did a thorough inspection identifying all the broken parts and other issues we were not aware of and provided 2 repair options depending on how much we could pay. He even replaced all the hinge nuts with ones that would not loosen even though it was outside the scope of the repair. In the end, our garage door is now better aligned and repaired with components that should last long into the future. Great work Tim!

No services performed, just great customer service! Called this morning requesting an evaluation and quote of replacement of existing garage doors and openers. In less than four hours. Sales Manager Paul was on site and schooling me in both products, my options, my costs and some peripheral considerations. Great individual, very personable and obviously very knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed his time, professionalism and no pressure. He left me with quotes for ways to accomplish replacement and while we will need to make a decision as to how to proceed, Paul left an impression that will factor positively in the decision making process.

We called late Friday night, and Nick came to fix our broken garage door spring Saturday afternoon. Nick was knowledgeable, personable, and prepared to make the repair. He worked quickly and kept us totally informed about what he found, what he needed to do, and what the expected outcome would be. I give this whole experience a 5 star. I was offered an appointment the same day which I couldn't do but they accommodated my schedule. Jon called 1/2 before arriving saying that he would be there on time which he was. He quickly assessed the problem with my garage door, installed extra bolts top of door panel and gave me the option of replacing the rollers given their age. I had already watched the videos on your website so knew exactly what he was talking about. He explained everything he did. His communication skills are excellent and he knows how to provide excellent customer service. Your website is fabulous and very informative. I had a broken torque master system. Precision came within 24 hours to assess the damage. No repair option but recommended two options to replace: 1) Lifetime warranty $699 2) 3 year warranty $350. Victor was pleasant and did not get defensive at my astonishment at the repair bid prices. I went with the lower priced option which was obviously better in all physical characteristics than the original one it replaced. I'm pleased with what I got.

I called Precision Garage Door for a problem I was having with my door opener (a Genie, not working) An appt was set and Gary was the tech that responded to my service request. Gary did his diagnosis and discovered that one of the main springs on the door was broken, and that one of my cables had dislodged itself from the spool and was frayed. We discussed my options for repair and replacement, and Gary was very knowledgeable while educating me as well as explainig my options. Ultimately I selected the option of replacing my door opender unit. More improtantly, I want you to know that I was very impressed with Gary
