Colby did a great job overhauling our 53 yr old wood door. Many worn out parts along with the broken spring. New parts are sealed bearing type with 5yr warranty on all work.

James did a workmanlike install of 2 garage door openers, outside key pads and inside wall control pads. He explained my options and how everything worked and how to get the best use of the new install. Got my car blue tooth remote synced up. New belt drives are quiet, LED lights very nice. James got me a nice discount for doing both doors.

I called Precision Door after my garage door stopped opening due to a broken spring. Julia was quick to gather the information about my problem and sensitive to my level of urgency, was able to offer several scheduling options to choose what works best for my busy schedule. Brian arrived right on time and quickly followed up on the information relayed to him about my issue with the broken spring. Brian did a full inspection of my door, identifying some key wear items that were (along with the broken spring) past their expected life-cycle. He put together 3 options for me, starting with simply repairing the broken spring and then moving on to additional replacement of worn parts that, while still technically functioning, were obviously to the point of needing to be replaced and could fail at any time. I ended up going with the most involved repair, which gave me the piece of mind that the moving parts that were on the same life cycle as the springs would all be replaced and I wouldn't have to worry about another call in the near future. He shared his evaluation of my garage door and opener, assuring me that they are still in great shape and there was no reason to make any changes with them, which felt good knowing our opener is old and could easily be dismissed and an opportunity to upsell a replacement that wasn't needed. Brian's experience, attention to detail, professionalism and general good company left me confident that I made the right choice in calling Precision Door. Highly recommended! The technician, Penuel, did a great job repairing our garage door which had snapped a cable and did some damage to the track. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Also, they were able to schedule the appointment on a Sunday which was awesome.

I am so pleased with the sevice from Precision, I would give more than a 5 star rating if I could! My garage door was not functioning at all, and is too heavy for me to lift by hand. First, when I called, a real person answered the phone. Christie (I am probably not spelling her name right). was courteous, professional, and had all the necessary information at hand. I have used Precision in the past, and the record was available. Second, I was told Brian would be the technician coming to my home, and since pictures of all the technicians are shown on the website, I knew exactly who to expect. Brian was also very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. After assessing the situation, he explained the options for necessary repairs or replacements of various parts. The door had not been assessed professionally in many years - my fault. It took a couple of hours to complete the replacement/repairs of various parts. Third, the company location, the response time, BBB rating and 'badges' shown on the website were all impressive; especially the pictures of the personnel. Brian said if I have any questions about the new opener, etc. to call the company for help. I will be calling in six months to schedule a maintenance inspection. The problem was solved in just a few hours. Thank you for your prompt response, and knowledgeable, courteous personnel. SO important.

We could not have asked for more considering the circumstances. We were not expecting it, but we had to replace the entire garage door opener along with the springs, the rollers, and all of the corresponding parts. It was expensive, but we thought the quality was there and there was no pressure to do anything.

My garage door spring snapped and this was the 2nd time in 5 years. I decided to try Precision because I saw them in my neighborhood recently. I now understand why they have such great reviews. Service technician David Pla responded within two hours of when I placed my phone call. David was extremely professional. He explained to me that the company who had replaced my garage door had simply reused the old parts. This is why you pay a little more for expert service folks. David replaced the bearings, rollers, springs, lubed all moving parts, and attached wall mounts. The garage door sounds amazing now too. I know I'm due for a new motor soon and I will be using Precision for that as well. Super happy customer!
