This is the second time I’ve had repairs/ maintenance work done on my garage door and I will choose precision again. They answer their phone and schedule appointments right away. When our garage door spring broke late Sunday, our cars were stuck in our garage. We called Precision on Sunday and a tech was at our door first thing Monday morning. Next day service was perfect. Luke arrived on time, estimated the work immediately and got my garage door working in less than 90 minutes. He replaced the broken springs, the bearings and pulleys. The door action is much quieter than before. Precision Door was there when I needed them!

Called Precision Door late yesterday afternoon because door was missing a key bolt and was not operating properly. Precision was able to service my door first thing this morning! The technician, Hunter, had replaced the drive on my other door a year or so ago and had done a great job, so I was happy he was still on the job and showed up today to service my other door. He even checked the remotes and replaced a light bulb for me!!! Thank you to Precision Door and Hunter.
