I used Precision for repairs on my garage door at my previous address so knew their work and reputation. Hunter is an excellent technician and extremely personable. He explained everything he did in detail and answered all my questions. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage repairs, rebuilding or a new garage door setup. Hunter checked everything and replaced the motor, springs, rollers and cables. Works like a dream and is no longer slow and noisy. What a pleasure that is.

I had used Precision Overhead Garage Door before at my former address. My daughters condo garage door needed a tune-up and I just happened to open Group-On (I had never used it before but was curious what it was about) and found a coupon for a door tune-up by Precision. I contacted Precision to find out how it worked and after she explained it to me I purchased the coupon and the technician (Hunter - a very wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable young man) came to the house and did a first class job at tuning up the door. He also explained other options to me if I wanted to do more than the coupon offered. I to update the coupon a little and wait for another time to do more. He was great to explain everything he had done and showed me anything I had questions about. The door is like new, but will do more later.

Luke was outstanding, such a delightfully nice young man. He took time to thoroughly explain how an automatic garage door opener works and what I was doing wrong which is why the door would not engage. He then explained that the door would not open because the senors were not functioning; he replaced both sensors and I am happy to say I have a fully operational garage door! I would definitely recommend Precision and will call them again when I need my garage door services. Thank you Luke!

Your service tech Gary H. was truly a rock star today. He ran in to an issue but immediately knew what needed to be done to correct it. He was very professional, friendly and was very nice to work with. I will recommend Precision Door service specifically because of him!

Today we bought a coupon from Amazon Local and Ray came out this afternoon to tune up our garage door and install new rollers. He called when we were told he would and he came when he said he would and was very knowledgeable, good at his job, pleasant and a gentleman. We will call Precision and ask for Ray in the future.

I was so thankful for Precision. They were able to visit our home on a holiday weekend, the same day I called…what a relief! Aaron performed an inspection and gave us a realistic recommendation for what needed to be fixed. He was honest and definitely knew his stuff! Not only was he friendly, but FAST…our garage door is now so quiet, i can barely hear it. We are so happy!

Came on time. Knowledgeable technician. Fixed the problem (broken spring) quickly and rectified an original installation issue. They used powder coated spring. They noticed the torsion spring bearing was failing and replaced that. Nice company but the nature of their work probably means repeat business is unlikely (they work themselves out of a job). Should I need a new garage door opener thought I would definitely go with them.

Aaron of Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was great and gave me all my options on how to fix the problem with my garage door. My garage door broke and in the same day, within a few hours, Aaron came to my house and fixed it. He was very helpful and performed the work fast and right the first time. I chose this company to fix my garage door. Then I moved and my new house had garage door problems. Once again this company rescued me with a product that works quietly and efficiently. No more struggling to get the door to open. The technician was great. He did not push me to buy a new product and presented all available options to me. We have used Precision on three occasions, one Sunday and one Saturday included. They arrived when they said they would, made the necessary repairs, and the charges were fair. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, and took care of our latest issue (broken spring) and made a few suggestions on maintenance to help prolong the life of the door. When we have our next garage door issue (not for a good long while, I hope) we'll call Precision.

I needed to have a torsion spring replaced. After finding the Precision web site, I felt that in addition to being a local business they also provided a quality spring that would last. Customer service over the phone to schedule appt was excellent. Service Technician (Brad) was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have had two occasions to use Precision for my garage door needs. The first was 4 years ago when my old garage door decide come off the track. Precision came out and in a very short time replaced the door and it has operated very well since. Based on my experience I highly recommend this company. Their response was prompt and they were very willing to work with my schedule. Brad arrived at the stated time, diagnosed the problem and presented options with the pros and cons of each choice. Rebuild of the garage door included replacement of springs, cables and rollers and checkout of the whole system. From the initial phone call to completion of the work everything was handled with professionalism and courtesy. This is a company that is a pleasure to work with.

Paul was great, came to our house quickly, wasn't pushy on sales and even offered a current holiday discount we weren't aware of. We were willing to buy a new opener to go with the new door, but he assured us our current one would do the job for now, saving us hundreds. CJ installed our new in less than 2 hours, and it looks/works perfect. Will definitely be calling back for any maintenance, or when our old opener inevitably stops working in a few years.
