Precision took care of the Garage Door broken spring as part of an overhaul of both doors. Both doors were 26/27 years old and needed updating. We had them install a super quiet gargage door opener too. All work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. They cleaned up nicely and walked us through the operation of the door and the garage door opener. We may invite them back to install the other door opener too.

I called Precision because we were having trouble with our garage door staying down. They sent out someone within a day of calling. Mike, the tech, explained what the problem was, why it was happening, and what was needed to fix the issue. He explained in terms anyone could understand and within an hour the issue was fixed. About a week later I thought the issue was still happening and Mike came out again to take a look at the problem and discovered we had a problem with one of our remotes. Mike again explained the problem with the remote and didn't charge a 2nd service fee. I would recommend Precision to anyone who has a problem with their garage door as they have excellent customer service and will go above and beyond to help.

I just got lucky when I chose Precision from the Internet. I was so happy that someone could come out that same day! Tim was very helpful in explaining what he was going to do to make the door functional again and what I can do to keep it that way. Whenever I see a Precision truck in the area, I smile as I know that neighbor is getting excellent service too.
