Sean was great! He did an excellent job of fixing some structural issues from my old garage door install (yes, it was a DIY job!), and walked me through all the benefits of the new garage door. Precision Door came out to look at a problem we were having and determined that it was caused by a faulty installation done 7 years ago. The technician worked to fix it for more than 2 hours and they only charged us for the service call. I was very impressed.
