I was very pleased with my tech, he was very helpful. My garage door was damaged beyond repair. He was able to get the door down so I would be safe. My garage door was 23 years old & srerved me well. He was also very good at helping me choose a new door. I compliment you on your fast service.

Saw add for Precision on tv or Facebook. Was having issue with garage door opening only half way. Appt made for next day. Tech Luke showed up within scheduled time. Asked questions and listened to my answers. Easily found and fixed the problem. Highly recommend the service.

Precision Door came out to look at a problem we were having and determined that it was caused by a faulty installation done 7 years ago. The technician worked to fix it for more than 2 hours and they only charged us for the service call. I was very impressed.

I called precision on Saturday, they offered to send someone the same day. The window was 8 to 10AM, but Shawn showed up at 8 AM on A Sunday quite impressive. He stated the repair would be finished in 4 hours, and it was . Shawn was very professional, and did a great job explaining things. Great service, and great product as well. I say give Shawn a raise he is a valuable and important asset to the company!! I will only use Precision Door from now on!! I am so happy wth my new improved garage door opener and system Improvement!!

David Pla was our technician and did an amazing job. We had a tricky resync of our remote from a later model car. He showed great problem solving skills, was on time, courteous and professional. This is why I keep my Precision Door sticker on my garage door!
