Joe showed up exactly when he said he would. I described the problem to him. Within minutes we had a remedy, and the problem was quickly fixed. He also did a quick inspection of the garage door system, and made some recommendations that gave me options. It was quick, relatively inexpensive, and excellent service. I highly recommend Precision, and Joe in particular.

Super positive experience with prompt response on Sunday AM with called answered quickly and pleasant woman taking information and then Jonathan Hendricks was such a thorough and pleasant repair guy explaining all the details and even helping my neighbor with a new remote for his malfunctioning unit too.
