He worked with the front office to get me a good price for the service as the garage door was still relatively new (installed less than three years before). All in all, it couldn't have been better. Super positive experience with prompt response on Sunday AM with called answered quickly and pleasant woman taking information and then Jonathan Hendricks was such a thorough and pleasant repair guy explaining all the details and even helping my neighbor with a new remote for his malfunctioning unit too.
