I called precision on Saturday, they offered to send someone the same day. The window was 8 to 10AM, but Shawn showed up at 8 AM on A Sunday quite impressive. He stated the repair would be finished in 4 hours, and it was . Shawn was very professional, and did a great job explaining things. Great service, and great product as well. I say give Shawn a raise he is a valuable and important asset to the company!! I will only use Precision Door from now on!! Joe showed up exactly when he said he would. I described the problem to him. Within minutes we had a remedy, and the problem was quickly fixed. He also did a quick inspection of the garage door system, and made some recommendations that gave me options. It was quick, relatively inexpensive, and excellent service.
