In his free time he enjoys playing Pickleball, building cars and trucks and is a video gamer.. Garage door would not open. Called Precision about 9:00am: Samuel arrived about noon and quickly diagnosed the problem as broken spring replacement was wrong size. He put the correct springs in place and door worked like a charm. Excellent service.

I called because my garage door opener was broken. They managed to send Sam, the repair person, out within 2 hours of my call. I was totally impressed. Sam determined my old opener was not repairable and he gave me 3 options for replacement. I picked one and he installed it within 2 hours. After he was finished, he went over the operation of the new opener and also synced in with my Mazda so I can operate it from my car. In all, I am total satisfied with the service I received. Sam did an excellent job and should be commended. This isn't my first experience with Precision and they will definitely be my choice in the future if I need more work done. Thanks

We had two new LiftMaster DC motor garage door openers installed by Sam (Precision Garage Door Service Technician). Sam exceeded all expectations, and we were able to get the garage openers installed on the same day that we called. We knew that we wanted a DC opener installed to limit the wear and tear on the wooden garage doors on our house. We contacted two other large garage door companies before Precision to get quotes and when we had pressed them on what the quote was providing, we realized that they were planning on providing cheaper openers and not the ones we had spoken about. Precision was very upfront and listened to the issues that we were having and provided the right solution the first time at a very competitive price. We would highly recommend them.

I just bought a house and the garage door was moaning and creaking quite badly every time it was opened/closed. After doing research online, I ultimately chose Precision Garage Door Service to address the issues at hand. Within an hour of contacting this company, Samuel arrived at my home to address my garage door issues. After discussing my concerns, he then went right to work assessing the situation. Sam then wrote up 4 options to address the problems at various levels, and we discussed the pros and cons of each option. After I made my choice, he went right to work. When Sam was finished, not only was the door opening and closing MUCH more quietly and with ease, but the new trim also solved another problem, and looked nice as well. Lastly, Sam took the time to teach me how to take care of twice yearly lubrication of the door hinges on my own. I am thrilled with the work that was done, and my neighbors will be thankful for this repair as well! I will most certainly be recommending Precision Garage Door Service to others!

Had Persicion Garage Doors out in 2018. We'll fast forward to last night one of the springs broke so garage wouldn't open. Called persicion and they had Samuel come out on a Saturday at no addition charge. Samuel quickly new what the problem was and got us all fixed up. Its even better then it was! Our Precision Garage Door Service representative, Sam, understood what was happening with our garage doors immediately. He was very informative and efficient as he tested, adjusted and installed new rollers. He also assisted us with understanding the MyQ APP and how the systems work together. We are extremally pleased with the prompt response, care and professionalism we received from Precision Garage Door Service. Even though our house is only eight years old, the garage door opened so slow it appeared to be 80. I was concerned one day soon the door wouldn't open at all and my car would be trapped inside. Sam, our service technician, carefully examined the system and gave us options based on our usage. In just a few hours, he installed the new, quiet and efficient quality system.
