He was very informative and efficient as he tested, adjusted and installed new rollers. He also assisted us with understanding the MyQ APP and how the systems work together. Both garage doors are now quieter going up and down. We plan to complete a yearly Tuneup!

Even though our house is only eight years old, the garage door opened so slow it appeared to be 80. I was concerned one day soon the door wouldn't open at all and my car would be trapped inside. He was efficient in his set up of tools and parts to accomplish the rebuild of our door spring system. Sam took the time to show me how to lubricate the door hinges as well while he did that. Total time to replace my internal spring system was about an hour. He is a very knowledgeable person and an excellent representative of Precision Door Service.
