I never write reviews, however, Vance Kerwood was so fantastic that I feel the need to take a moment to share the experience. Vance was so polite and kind, attentive to detail, and thorough with his work. He gave us several options for the repair, and was able to do the job with expertise and efficiency. Our technician Jeffrey did an outstanding job! I unfortunately backed into one of our garage doors, and was unable to get my car out. He was able to straighten the door out, where we will be able up use it until our new doors come in. In addition, he replaced my wife’s 27 year old garage door opener during his call! Our garage was spotless after he left!! This is the second time we have used Precision, we feel no need to go anywhere else!

Like many who contact you, we did so after not being able to exit our garage. You were able to come very quickly and your service tech was outstanding. Able to assess & fix issues quickly. My only shock was the price of the repair. Given the period of time involved and parts used, I cannot figure how the total amount was calculated. Perhaps a breakdown of sorts might help. Lastly, the fact the was no “service charge” for your tech to come, seemed to be a moot point once the price options were presented Respectively submitted

On Saturday, December 27, my garage door spring broke and I was left unable to open my garage door. I contacted Precision Garage Door Service and was able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. I must say that Precision is the most professional and courteous organization that I have ever worked with. Our technician, Beau, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and provided a range of estimates to meet my long or short term needs. He helped me choose the right option and was able to install a new garage door opener, spring, garage door handle and remote control pads during his visit. Beau had all of the necessary parts in his truck, was fast and thorough and after the job was done, helped me configure my garage door controls including the myQ app for LiftMaster garage door openers. Every service experience should be this good!

We had a garage door spring break on a Thursday evening, trapping my wife's car in the garage. At 7pm that night, I made an appointment with Precision using their online booking tool. At 10am the next morning, Luke showed up promptly to assess the situation. By 11:30am he had replaced springs and bearings and our door was back in business. Great service done quickly! Luke was prompt, thorough, professional, and friendly. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

Their work is fine but they are way, way, overpriced. The installers are pretty clearly on commission and are constantly trying to upsell and push the most expensive option. My installer 'accidentally' loaded up the more expensive installer when it was time to sign. Personally in the future I will look elsewhere.
