We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Precision! Chuck is the man! He is very fair and reasonable in his quotes, kind, straight forward, and overall just a super friendly and generous guy. We just moved and our front door was squeaky - he even fixed that for us while he was here installing our garage door opener and ordering our new garage door. Thank you Chuck, we are loyal customers because of you! Give the man a raise!

I was in quite a bind because my garage door stopped opening entirely. However, I was able to get same-day service from Precision, and Luke came within the promised time window. He was very easy to work with and explained my options, without pushing me to choose the most expensive ones. When he was finished, Luke showed me how everything worked, patiently answered all of my questions, ensured that everything worked smoothly, and that I knew how to use it. I am very appreciative.

On Saturday, December 27, my garage door spring broke and I was left unable to open my garage door. I contacted Precision Garage Door Service and was able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. I must say that Precision is the most professional and courteous organization that I have ever worked with. Our technician, Beau, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and provided a range of estimates to meet my long or short term needs. He helped me choose the right option and was able to install a new garage door opener, spring, garage door handle and remote control pads during his visit. Beau had all of the necessary parts in his truck, was fast and thorough and after the job was done, helped me configure my garage door controls including the myQ app for LiftMaster garage door openers. Every service experience should be this good!

We had a garage door spring break on a Thursday evening, trapping my wife's car in the garage. At 7pm that night, I made an appointment with Precision using their online booking tool. At 10am the next morning, Luke showed up promptly to assess the situation. By 11:30am he had replaced springs and bearings and our door was back in business. Great service done quickly! Luke was prompt, thorough, professional, and friendly. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

Their work is fine but they are way, way, overpriced. The installers are pretty clearly on commission and are constantly trying to upsell and push the most expensive option. My installer 'accidentally' loaded up the more expensive installer when it was time to sign. Personally in the future I will look elsewhere.

We had a 25 year old garage door opener that was no longer working correctly nor had we ever had any routine maintenance. Scott came and serviced it, and then we decided to replace the opener as it continued to be problematic. Wow, what service! Same day for both visits and the new door opener is so quiet and works great! So glad we used Precision and Scott was terrific!

One of two garage door motors failed and we called Precision to replace the motor. Two Brians came out and, after explaining what they would be doing, they went to work. In a shade over 2 hours they replaced the chain drive with a belt drive, installed a new motor to match the other one (which had been replaced 3 years ago), and secured the electric eyes so that they can't get out of alignment. Nice job guys. Very pleased

We had a spring bracket pull off the wall. Called Precision at 3pm to report the issue and they had a tech out the next morning at 9am. Jackson evaluated the issue, identified the problem and remediated the failure. I strongly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

We had new garage doors installed on October 22, 2025. The installer, Drew Colson, did an excellent job for us. He explained the installation thoroughly and walked us through process of installing the door. He explained how to take care of the doors moving forward and answered all our questions. He also installed a new opener on one of the doors and pared the opener to one of our cars. It was a seamless process, and we highly recommend Drew and Precision for any garage door issues that may arise in the future. We have used Precision many times in the past, and they have always exceeded our expectations for good service and quality products.
