We had been putting off having our garage door motor replaced for years but finally decided to go for it. Precision was able to get here same day. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. Hayden and his partner were awesome! Price was also slightly lower than a local competitor that we had quoted 6 months ago. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were very grateful for the professionalism of Precision Door Service from their information on the website, to the receptionist, to the technician. Our technician was right on time and came out the following day that I called. Chuck Hunt was personable, knowledgeable, skillful and articulate, which helped us in deciding what to do after his inspection. Chuck gave us several options to consider for repairing our 25 yr. old heavy, wooden, garage door as well as replacing the Lift master equipment. He had everything he needed to replace and repair with him, which meant no waiting for someone to come back at another time. We highly recommend this company for their efficiency, honesty and genuine hopefulness. Thank you.

Wow, new garage door installed without hassles!! ... CJ & his counter part were very professional, explained everything, and very friendly. Completed on time and cleaned up everything. Even pointed out a defect in a panel and said they'll be back to fix it!! ... Most others would just leave it and pray the customer doesn't notice it ... Want it done right, call these people ...

Jeff was fantastic! He was very kind and patient with me (as a senior citizen, I really appreciated that). He answered my questions clearly, make suggestions on future work to be done, and was very professional and efficient. Precision was wonderful to work with. I have never used this company before but am now a forever customer. My garage door spring broke late one evening. I called at 7am and Colby was at my house a little after 8am for the repair. He was personable and efficient - replacing the springs and completed some overdue general maintenance quickly. I felt pricing was fair. I highly recommended this company.

Patrick came to my house within an hour after I called the company. He serviced and tuned up my two 30-year-old garage doors. He replaced the ancient garage door openers with new ones and explained how to use them. All this was done in a single visit. Recommended.

My Service Technician, Colby, arrived at the perfect time. He knew exactly what needed adjusted, cleaned, examined and if something needed replaced (gave a price), and showed me how to annually perform specific touch-ups. He was convivial and completed the appointment in a timely method. I was completely pleased with everything.

Today I had very professional technician Scott Kern out, and he got rid of a very loud clunk from my garage door while opening. He’s an incredible technician. Nobody else could figure it out. He found the issue immediately and the noise is gone! He also adjusted the settings as my safety reverse was not functioning. Now it is! On my other property, Scott rebuilt the entire garage door system with all new parts, and it is smooth as silk. Highly recommend Scott for all garage door needs!!!! Very pleased with Precision Garage Door, never had a better company out to my properties.

My decision was random given how close you are to L.O. The response time was as promised, 2 hrs. Hayden called and was here in less than the 2 hr time. A sliding door, what can go wrong? Well, I found out. Even sliding doors need a certain amount of care and feeding. Hayden very diplomatically explained the proper 'care and feeding' of the door. I give Precision a 6 star rating. Our garage door was stacked in the down position and we were leaving the next morning.Called precision at about 4pm Saturday night got a live person answering the phone very helpful had a repair guy there within 30 minutes to replace broken springs. Chuck the repair was very professional and responsive had a new spring in under an hour. Great job don’t bother to call anybody else!
