Our garage door broke and the door couldn't be opened with our car stuck inside. Precision was incredibly responsive. Their technician was able to come out the same day (on a weekend!) to complete the repair and tune up a few other things that were out of true in our old door. Very courteous and professional service. The door works better and quieter now than it ever has. Top marks for these folks.

I chose Precision after reading many positive reviews and liked that they offer same day service. Travis was so efficient, honest and pleasant with no pressure to buy what I didn't need. I can't say enough about what a great experience we had with Precision. We called on a Sunday morning and had our garage door fixed by 1PM...including damage that we didn't even know existed. We have a curious kid who was very interested in what was going on and the technician explained everything to him in a thoughtful and kind way that made a great impression on my son, myself and my family. I can't say enough!

Excellent service! One of our doors was opening lopsided and another was stopping halfway through opening. Both repaired and under warranty. Both doors now open smoothly now and make little noise. Our repairman was thorough and did high quality work. Thank you!

We selected a Carriage House cedar door to replace an ordinary one painted the color of our house. Since the garage dominates the view of the house from the street, we felt like having a classy door would do more than anything else to improve the curb appeal. It worked - and the new door exceeds our wildest expectations. The staff at Precision recommended a painter to stain the door - Eric Hernanz. He did a beautiful job, carefully matching the color to the mahogany deck and fence. The installation was fast and efficient, and the door works perfectly. The only minor issue was a longer than expected delay in getting it all finished - apparently due to the shipping time from the manufacturer. But it was worth the wait. We highly recommend Precision for replacement doors.

Paul L. came to our house yesterday with the original scope of work to fix a broken garage door opener. After working through the original fix, another problem presented itself that rendered the opener not worth fixing. Paul was excellent in figuring out a solution for a new garage door opener that was within our budget. He did an amazing job putting in the time above and beyond to make sure we were happy clients. I've used Precision in the past and was very happy with their service. They also have excellent ratings on Angies List. I called to set up a service appointment for a broken garage door. I was happily able to get an appointment the same day. I received a phone call when they were on their way. The two techs were very professional and pleasant. They inspected the door and determined the issues. They were very clear with the issues and gave me choices as to the level of service that I would like. The charge seemed appropriate for the parts that were replaced and the time that it took. I will definitely use them again in the future for any other issues and I will highly recommend them to others.

Luke did a great job all the way around on this service call. We have a 3-car garage with two doors and we called because the double door wasn't working correctly. Luke cleared that problem up quickly and explained what he had done. I asked about replacing an aging, noisy garage door opener for the single door. Luke explained the options, including pricing, then performed a fast and efficient installation of the replacement GDO. After finishing, he explained all the features of the new GDO and how to work them. He also walked me through setting up the keypad and even programmed the car remote. I couldn't ask for better service.
