Paul L. came to our house yesterday with the original scope of work to fix a broken garage door opener. After working through the original fix, another problem presented itself that rendered the opener not worth fixing. Paul was excellent in figuring out a solution for a new garage door opener that was within our budget. He did an amazing job putting in the time above and beyond to make sure we were happy clients. Called Precision looking to replace our adequate always grumpy garage door repair service provider. We couldn't have asked for a more responsive and friendly company. I've used Precision in the past and was very happy with their service. They also have excellent ratings on Angies List. I called to set up a service appointment for a broken garage door. I was happily able to get an appointment the same day. I received a phone call when they were on their way. The two techs were very professional and pleasant. They inspected the door and determined the issues. They were very clear with the issues and gave me choices as to the level of service that I would like. The charge seemed appropriate for the parts that were replaced and the time that it took. I will definitely use them again in the future for any other issues and I will highly recommend them to others.

My experience with Precision was excellent. They handled my inquiry smoothly and service was scheduled quickly. Brad and Trevor were on time, diagnosed the problem(s)and made the necessary repairs. Luke did a great job all the way around on this service call. We have a 3-car garage with two doors and we called because the double door wasn't working correctly. Luke cleared that problem up quickly and explained what he had done. I asked about replacing an aging, noisy garage door opener for the single door. Luke explained the options, including pricing, then performed a fast and efficient installation of the replacement GDO. After finishing, he explained all the features of the new GDO and how to work them. He also walked me through setting up the keypad and even programmed the car remote. I couldn't ask for better service.

Bo was great. We had a broken spring, a lot of wear on rollers, bearings etc. He showed us options and let us choose what level of repair we wanted. No pressure. We chose. Bo did the work in a timely, clean, professional manner. Everything is great (and the door is quieter than it has been for the 25 years that we’ve lived here). Thank you Precision.

I was so happy I called Precision Door. My garage door had become “possessed” and I was going out of town. I was afraid something would happen while I was gone. I called late on a Saturday afternoon and they came at 8 am Sunday morning and fixed everything. And the price was reasonable!!! The technician was professional and thorough.

My service technician arrived precisely on time and even called ahead to say his projected arrival time. I had requested a service to lubricate the moving parts on my door and as he did that, i was advised the status of the bearings and other parts. All was still in working condition at this time, and he showed me how to lubricate it myself in a year from now. I was very satisfied!

I called about 1:00 pm and Brad arrived just after 3:00 pm, right on time. He explained what was wrong and exactly how he was going to replace the old opener and why.
