I had problem with my garage door and I was able to get an appointment the next day. Nick was the tech on the call and he showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and provided different pricing options. He was very helpful and showed me the results when he finished. Great service!

We had a tension cable come off the drum on one side and the door was bound up. Technician Nick showed up on time and used some very tricky methods working around a vintage vehicle that couldn’t be moved to replace parts, rewind the springs, and get the door functional again. He answered all my questions in a very friendly, personable way and gave me estimates on options for future improvements to consider for our 25-year-old door. My garage door was not working and needed maintenance. I contacted Precision and they had a repair tech to my home in about 2 hours. Nick the repair tech did a great job and returned the door mechanism to like new operation. Extremely satisfied with final repair!
