We had a tension cable come off the drum on one side and the door was bound up. Technician Nick showed up on time and used some very tricky methods working around a vintage vehicle that couldn’t be moved to replace parts, rewind the springs, and get the door functional again. He answered all my questions in a very friendly, personable way and gave me estimates on options for future improvements to consider for our 25-year-old door.
