After a very thorough structured evaluation of all aspects of our garage doors operation their expert Brian was able to not only pinpoint the problem but come up with a menu of possible solutions. I scheduled tune ups on my 3 doors using the online scheduler. Was able to get a next day appt. Colby was great. He evaluated our door seals and determined why they were squealing and progressively getting worse even after I had lubricated the hinges and rollers. Very professional and friendly and no pressure, just options.

Choose Precision due their great reviews. I booked an appointment online to replace a broken torsion spring and was able to set up for the next day. Stephen Curtis, our service technician, was great--he called about 15 minutes prior to our scheduled time to say he was on the way. Once he arrived he reviewed our garage door and gave us a detailed estimate for a few options. We selected an option and he completed the work in a timely manner. Stephen provided first class service!

Curtis came out and worked through the inspection after explaining the process to us. After the inspection, he went through his recommendations along with the associated safety concerns and risks as well as what he had found that was in good working order. After going through the costs, he immediately began work and was done very quickly considering all of the parts that were changed out (which were all on his truck). I plan on using them going forward for all of our garage door needs.
