Had your company come out today for service on my garage door...it was John that came out...he called before he came which is always nice and said he could come early if that was ok and that was awesome!! He was here just when he said he was going to be.....diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and fixed it within 30 minutes. What a great guy....very good at what he does and very very nice. I called Precision at 11am on 7/5/2015 and they came out at 2pm, same day to repair my garage door. The tech who came to the house was friendly and professional. The receptionist was pleasant and a delight to talk to. Overall a terrific experience

Ray was fantastic! He assessed the issues and then explained to me what was going on and how best to remedy. We discussed the best way to fix and he proceeded to make the garage door perform better. We then talked about the life of my garage door opener and I now know what to be aware of in the next few years! He was very efficient and personable. I would recommend Precision to anyone that asked!!

I first hired another company that looked like a great deal but they did not know what they were doing. The other company caused problems, couldn't fix the garage door and their technician hurt himself. Aaron, with Precision, was knowledgeable and experienced. He told me that he wasn't the cheapest in town but explained the quality of parts they use to fix a garage door to make sure that a job was done right the first time. After seeing how dangerous a garage door can be if a spring breaks I wanted it done right and saving a few dollars was not worth it. Thank you Precision for providing amazing service and quality parts that will last. I am a Real Estate Broker and I will make sure that my clients use you guys for their garage door needs.

We employed Precision Door Service to fix a broken spring on one of our garage doors. I rather suspected that, since our house is 23 years old, that we just might consider replacing all three springs and the openers. Kevin came out and we discussed these possibilities. Kevin replaced all the openers, springs, bearings and rollers. We have never heard (or not heard) such quiet garage doors! Kevin was prompt, showing up exactly as promised. He had all the parts he needed. He was very efficient, professional, friendly, humorous and provided excellent customer service. He explained in detail what he would do. Kevin's own exemplary manner of customer service mirrors that of Precision Door Service. There is only one company to consider for your garage door needs and that, of course, is Precision. I have already recommended this company, and Kevin, to a neighbor!

I called Precision when my old garage door opener finally quit. Aaron came out to install a new opener and also inspected our door. He found the door out of balance, 2 stripped panel hinges and some frozen rollers. After installation of the new belt drive opener, and addressing the door issues, the door is now amazingly QUIET!!! It is so quiet that I have to look and check that the door is actually working! The door operates better than when it was new. Precision exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We damaged our garage door on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. We called and Precision had someone out that afternoon. He not only repaired the door - he tuned up the 2 other garage doors. We have always had great service from Precision. I would recommend them highly.

The service came promptly after our call. We saw the ad in a Value Packet. The technician remodeled our primary door and tuned up the other two to our satisfaction. We have a "Cadillac" primary door! Branden was prompt,called in advance to tell of arrival time. Was courteous and professional. He evaluated the doors and problem, pointed out what needed to be done and discussed alternatives. Jesse did an excellent job of installing the new Liftmaster door opener and also adjusted the hight adjustment on the other door. He reset the remote opener codes per my request and cleaned up thoroughly. A very knowledgeable and hardworking young man whom I will be pleased to have back out when I get my doors rebuilt, something I could not afford at this time. Excellent service and support - thanks.

We had contracted to paint our house and, after the house was power washed, realized our 24 year old wooden garage doors needed repairs. We called Precision and spoke with Lisa who spent time explaining what could be done to repair the doors and the cost. She then priced new doors which were extremely reasonable. She scheduled Paul Bartlett to come to our house the next morning. Paul was able to have the doors installed the next day by ace technician, Jesse. This enabled the painters to continue on schedule. My garage door would not close properly and even opened on its own once. The technician came out on the same day that I called (a Saturday), without charging me more and he was very friendly, helpful and professional. I was relieved to find out that it was just a problem with the sensors but he checked everything out just to make sure. Great job and I would highly recommend them!
