He knew exactly what needed adjusted, cleaned, examined and if something needed replaced (gave a price), and showed me how to annually perform specific touch-ups. After a very thorough structured evaluation of all aspects of our garage doors operation their expert Brian was able to not only pinpoint the problem but come up with a menu of possible solutions. It was only a matter of an hour or so before a new garage door opener was installed and tuned and operating perfectly. Highly recommended.

I scheduled tune ups on my 3 doors using the online scheduler. Was able to get a next day appt. Colby was great. He evaluated our door seals and determined why they were squealing and progressively getting worse even after I had lubricated the hinges and rollers. Very professional and friendly and no pressure, just options.

Today I had very professional technician Scott Kern out, and he got rid of a very loud clunk from my garage door while opening. He’s an incredible technician. Nobody else could figure it out. He found the issue immediately and the noise is gone! He also adjusted the settings as my safety reverse was not functioning. Now it is! On my other property, Scott rebuilt the entire garage door system with all new parts, and it is smooth as silk. Highly recommend Scott for all garage door needs!!!! Very pleased with Precision Garage Door, never had a better company out to my properties.

My decision was random given how close you are to L.O. The response time was as promised, 2 hrs. Hayden called and was here in less than the 2 hr time. A sliding door, what can go wrong? Well, I found out. Even sliding doors need a certain amount of care and feeding. Hayden very diplomatically explained the proper 'care and feeding' of the door. I give Precision a 6 star rating.
