Sunday service is why selected-v nice phone receptionist+wonderful on time repairman Hayden came Sun. Pm/finished job next day(my choice), after getting all ‘ok’ meanwhile. Several repairs needed to door up/down apparatus, not electrical opener.

This is the second time in ten years that we used Precision to upgrade our garage door opener/system from chain drive to belt drive. We’ve had nothing but good luck with the first system and installed the same brand this time, too. Quiet and smooth. Joe, our installer, was fantastic. Would definitely want to work with Joe again in the future.

Tremendous job by Installer/Technician Jason. Our 13 year old spring broke. We upgraded to the 10 year warranty package which included heavy-duty, robust parts. The garage door now works flawlessly (no rattles/noise). Always pleased with Precision's work.

Jason gave some options beyond fixing the problem we called about. He replaced the spring and also did a refurbishing of the whole system. Because of time restraints he will be back in three days to replace the motor that was installed in 1998. Very pleased with the work being done.

Curtis came out and worked through the inspection after explaining the process to us. After the inspection, he went through his recommendations along with the associated safety concerns and risks as well as what he had found that was in good working order. After going through the costs, he immediately began work and was done very quickly considering all of the parts that were changed out (which were all on his truck). I plan on using them going forward for all of our garage door needs.
