Nicholas the technician was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Same day service. Arrived right on time and did the service needed. Office staff was also great. And I would tell you, they are more reasonably priced than many others. Price, quality AND speed. a true trifecta!

Our garage door was damaged in a minor accident. I was able to get a next-day appointment with Precision. Colby arrived right on time and repaired the damage quickly. He answered all my questions and talked through other maintenance issues with the door. His explanations were clear, and he never pressured me to upgrade unnecessarily--he simply gave me a range of options. I appreciated his knowledge and honesty. When we are ready for upgrades or further maintenance, we will definitely call Precision.

I never write reviews, however, Vance Kerwood was so fantastic that I feel the need to take a moment to share the experience. Vance was so polite and kind, attentive to detail, and thorough with his work. He gave us several options for the repair, and was able to do the job with expertise and efficiency. I had used Precision at a previous home so I already trusted the company, and Vance confirmed that this is THE company to call when in need of garage door service. Thank you, Vance!

Our technician Jeffrey did an outstanding job! I unfortunately backed into one of our garage doors, and was unable to get my car out. He was able to straighten the door out, where we will be able up use it until our new doors come in. In addition, he replaced my wife’s 27 year old garage door opener during his call! Our garage was spotless after he left!! This is the second time we have used Precision, we feel no need to go anywhere else!

Jody Ammerman

Like many who contact you, we did so after not being able to exit our garage. You were able to come very quickly and your service tech was outstanding. Able to assess & fix issues quickly. My only shock was the price of the repair. Given the period of time involved and parts used, I cannot figure how the total amount was calculated. Perhaps a breakdown of sorts might help. Lastly, the fact the was no “service charge” for your tech to come, seemed to be a moot point once the price options were presented Respectively submitted

We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Precision! Chuck is the man! He is very fair and reasonable in his quotes, kind, straight forward, and overall just a super friendly and generous guy. We just moved and our front door was squeaky - he even fixed that for us while he was here installing our garage door opener and ordering our new garage door. Thank you Chuck, we are loyal customers because of you! Give the man a raise!
