My garage door was stuck about a foot off the ground when Jason arrived. Even under the best circumstances the very heavy old wooden door has come down very noisily. For years. Jason spent 2 hours working on it until he corrected the roll perfectly and soundlessly with a new bearing plate. Thank you Jason.

Extremely pleased with Tim Paquin the service tech who replaced our old problematic remotes with new universal remotes. We had two (2) other service techs from competitors that said our garage opener system was too old for new universal remotes. Tim proved the other techs wrong and we now have new remotes that work. Thank you Tim for your diligence and professionalism, very much appreciated.

We recently purchased a new home and the garage door opener was opening and closing on it’s own. We called and were given an appointment first thing the next morning. Then Precision called back and had a technician available within the hour-fantastic. Tim arrived and after listening to my description of the problem went to work. 45 minutes later he was finished and the door opener hasn’t misbehaved since. Mission accomplished! Everybody from Precision was professional and helpful, thank you one and all.

What a great company, my garage broke at 11pm on Friday night, I called them at 6am the following morning thinking there’s no way someone will pick up. They were able to get someone out within 8 hours when I 1st placed my call, they came out, incredibly efficient, professional and kind. I highly recommend them!!!!!

We where very impressed by the quick, courteous and efficient service. Your timing was perfect. We were told that you’d show up between 1 & 3 PM. Your technicians were here at 12:30! They did a safety review of our current equipment and explained the options available to fix our problems. Not only did they instal the necessary equipment on the door that needed repair, they corrected an issue on the other door! The repairs were completed and everything is now working with Precision. They cleaned up after the work was complete and hauled away the broken parts. When they left our garage was cleaner than they found it!

I was recommended Precision Garage Door from a friend. I called at 9:30 in the morning and was told that could have a tech out to my house between 12:00 and 2:00pm. At 11:30 David called and as the would be here at 12:00. I was thrilled to have that kind of response in todays day of everything is “6 weeks out”. David was awesome. He gave me a quote upfront, listed a couple options to consider and didn’t try to up-sell me on stuff I don’t need. David had my garage door repaired in less than 30 minutes. We had an issue with our new garage door installation. Our garage has low clearance so it was not a typical installation. Our issue was that one of the rollers left the track frequently. The first tech who came out didn't solve the problem. I called in again and they scheduled a senior tech to come take a look. CJ showed up and took a *lot* of time analyzing the problem and got everything squared away. 5 stars for CJ but only 4 overall since there was an initial issue that wasn't resolved with the first follow up. Having said that, I would recommend this company.

Thank you for coming out quickly when our garage door refused to close. We had exhausted all suggestions in the manual AND learned a handy override option. Hopefully new sensors mounted on ground will keep us from being exasperated by error codes ????

The key lock for the garage was broken. Luke showed up exactly on time. He was very courteous and helpful. There is a learning curve to operating the lock if the power goes out. He was so patient with me and had me run through it twice. I told him l never had so much fun with a repair! Make them your first call for any garage problem.

Very impressed with Sean who came for an estimate. He called ahead of time, showed up on time, and spent a considerable amount of time with us to go over many details. He was an installer before becoming an estimator so he is intimately familiar with all the nuances of garage doors. Not sure how competitive the bid will be as I will get one or two other bids for comparison.
