Our garage door has always functioned flawlessly but suddenly would not open. I called Precision at 9:00pm and spoke to a gentleman who scheduled the technician to arrive at 7:30am the next morning. The two workers arrived on time. They were professional, friendly and patiently answered my questions. They diagnosed the problem and had the correct parts in their van. The repair went smoothly and they left our garage door working better than it ever has. The cost was reasonable, too. We are VERY pleased with their next-morning service call. Many thanks!

The service technician was prompt, knowledgable and professional in all resects. The call ended up being "operator error". My garage door spring broke this morning. I had used Precision before at my previous residence and had been very happy with the service. I called them, and they scheduled an appointment the same day. The technician David P arrived on time, assessed the problem, provided some options and completed the work in 1.5 hours. Very happy with the service and I highly recommend them.

My garage door was stuck about a foot off the ground when Jason arrived. Even under the best circumstances the very heavy old wooden door has come down very noisily. For years. Jason spent 2 hours working on it until he corrected the roll perfectly and soundlessly with a new bearing plate. Thank you Jason.

Extremely pleased with Tim Paquin the service tech who replaced our old problematic remotes with new universal remotes. We had two (2) other service techs from competitors that said our garage opener system was too old for new universal remotes. Tim proved the other techs wrong and we now have new remotes that work. Thank you Tim for your diligence and professionalism, very much appreciated.

We recently purchased a new home and the garage door opener was opening and closing on it’s own. We called and were given an appointment first thing the next morning. Then Precision called back and had a technician available within the hour-fantastic. Tim arrived and after listening to my description of the problem went to work. 45 minutes later he was finished and the door opener hasn’t misbehaved since. Mission accomplished! Everybody from Precision was professional and helpful, thank you one and all.

What a great company, my garage broke at 11pm on Friday night, I called them at 6am the following morning thinking there’s no way someone will pick up. They were able to get someone out within 8 hours when I 1st placed my call, they came out, incredibly efficient, professional and kind. I highly recommend them!!!!!

We where very impressed by the quick, courteous and efficient service. Your timing was perfect. We were told that you’d show up between 1 & 3 PM. Your technicians were here at 12:30! They did a safety review of our current equipment and explained the options available to fix our problems. Not only did they instal the necessary equipment on the door that needed repair, they corrected an issue on the other door! The repairs were completed and everything is now working with Precision. They cleaned up after the work was complete and hauled away the broken parts. When they left our garage was cleaner than they found it!

I was recommended Precision Garage Door from a friend. I called at 9:30 in the morning and was told that could have a tech out to my house between 12:00 and 2:00pm. At 11:30 David called and as the would be here at 12:00. I was thrilled to have that kind of response in todays day of everything is “6 weeks out”. David was awesome. He gave me a quote upfront, listed a couple options to consider and didn’t try to up-sell me on stuff I don’t need. David had my garage door repaired in less than 30 minutes.
