We had a garage door spring break on a Thursday evening, trapping my wife's car in the garage. At 7pm that night, I made an appointment with Precision using their online booking tool. At 10am the next morning, Luke showed up promptly to assess the situation. By 11:30am he had replaced springs and bearings and our door was back in business. Great service done quickly! Luke was prompt, thorough, professional, and friendly. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

Their work is fine but they are way, way, overpriced. The installers are pretty clearly on commission and are constantly trying to upsell and push the most expensive option. My installer 'accidentally' loaded up the more expensive installer when it was time to sign. Personally in the future I will look elsewhere.

I scheduled an emergency service call on line at 4:30 a.m. due to garage door randomly opening and closing by itself and got an immediate confirmation for same day service. When the technician, Jeffrey Powell-Jenkins, arrived I was still freaking out about the door which had opened itself after 10 p.m. and stayed open until I woke up at 3:00 a.m. He calmly explained what he was doing to do to find the problem but the diagnostic tests didn't reveal the cause. I opted to have the opener, remotes, and exterior keypad replaced for my peace of mind as I had just purchased the house. Jeffrey's customer service skills are superb. He deserves a medal for his patient and empathetic approach to a freaked out old lady.

The service was timely - a late Saturday phone call led to an early Sunday repair by service technician, Nicholas Alby. Very knowledgeable and courteous service! The broken spring was replaced, as well as rollers and bearings, and now the garage door is operating smoothly. We appreciate the prompt service!

We had a 25 year old garage door opener that was no longer working correctly nor had we ever had any routine maintenance. Scott came and serviced it, and then we decided to replace the opener as it continued to be problematic. Wow, what service! Same day for both visits and the new door opener is so quiet and works great! So glad we used Precision and Scott was terrific!

Nicholas came by and was extremely helpful and courteous. Rare to see this kind of respectful and professional attitude. He refused to charge me anything when he couldn’t fix the door immediately and actually helped me take off the cables so I can close the door. I am impressed and grateful!

Jeffery showed up on time and looked over what needed to be done. He took about 15mins to look at both garage doors and show me three different proposals and price and asked me what proposals I would like to go with. Proposal was very thorough and I chose the one I wanted. Jeffery went over everything that would be done on the proposal I chose and got started on the Job. When job was done he showed me everything that was done and showed me that all is working. Was very happy with all work done and will recommend Precision door to anyone I know if they need garage door work done. Jeffery really knows what he is doing and I really appreciate that.

One of two garage door motors failed and we called Precision to replace the motor. Two Brians came out and, after explaining what they would be doing, they went to work. In a shade over 2 hours they replaced the chain drive with a belt drive, installed a new motor to match the other one (which had been replaced 3 years ago), and secured the electric eyes so that they can't get out of alignment. Nice job guys. Very pleased

We had a spring bracket pull off the wall. Called Precision at 3pm to report the issue and they had a tech out the next morning at 9am. Jackson evaluated the issue, identified the problem and remediated the failure. I strongly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

We had new garage doors installed on October 22, 2025. The installer, Drew Colson, did an excellent job for us. He explained the installation thoroughly and walked us through process of installing the door. He explained how to take care of the doors moving forward and answered all our questions. He also installed a new opener on one of the doors and pared the opener to one of our cars. It was a seamless process, and we highly recommend Drew and Precision for any garage door issues that may arise in the future. We have used Precision many times in the past, and they have always exceeded our expectations for good service and quality products.

My husband and I were very grateful for the professionalism of Precision Door Service from their information on the website, to the receptionist, to the technician. Our technician was right on time and came out the following day that I called. Chuck Hunt was personable, knowledgeable, skillful and articulate, which helped us in deciding what to do after his inspection. Chuck gave us several options to consider for repairing our 25 yr. old heavy, wooden, garage door as well as replacing the Lift master equipment. He had everything he needed to replace and repair with him, which meant no waiting for someone to come back at another time. Wow, new garage door installed without hassles!! ... CJ & his counter part were very professional, explained everything, and very friendly. Completed on time and cleaned up everything. Precision was wonderful to work with. I have never used this company before but am now a forever customer. My garage door spring broke late one evening. I called at 7am and Colby was at my house a little after 8am for the repair. He was personable and efficient - replacing the springs and completed some overdue general maintenance quickly. I felt pricing was fair. I highly recommended this company.

Patrick came to my house within an hour after I called the company. He serviced and tuned up my two 30-year-old garage doors. He replaced the ancient garage door openers with new ones and explained how to use them. All this was done in a single visit. Recommended.

First, Luke was at our home ready to install new garage door opener mechanism the same day I called precision to schedule appointment. Second, Luke is very personable, courteous and competent! He and I moved some garage storage stuff/shelving out of his way. When done with garage opener, he put everything back without my knowledge and not asking for help. He was thoughtful to explain how to maintain the garage doors! He helped us before and it was a pleasure to see him again. He is a gentleman!
