Precision Garage Door Service did a fantastic job on our project. They replaced two garage door openers and upgraded our garage door spring, bearings and rollers on one of the doors. Our Technician Jackson Autry was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great confidence in his assessment of our setup and needs. He was not pushy on what we ended up deciding to change out. He was very personable, friendly and easy to work with. We called them late this morning and Jackson was at our home within an hour. After deciding what we wanted done, they were able to do the job the same day. I will definitely use Precision in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing work on their garage doors. On Saturday, December 27, my garage door spring broke and I was left unable to open my garage door. I contacted Precision Garage Door Service and was able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. I must say that Precision is the most professional and courteous organization that I have ever worked with. Our technician, Beau, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and provided a range of estimates to meet my long or short term needs. He helped me choose the right option and was able to install a new garage door opener, spring, garage door handle and remote control pads during his visit. Beau had all of the necessary parts in his truck, was fast and thorough and after the job was done, helped me configure my garage door controls including the myQ app for LiftMaster garage door openers. Every service experience should be this good!

We had a garage door spring break on a Thursday evening, trapping my wife's car in the garage. At 7pm that night, I made an appointment with Precision using their online booking tool. At 10am the next morning, Luke showed up promptly to assess the situation. By 11:30am he had replaced springs and bearings and our door was back in business. Great service done quickly! Luke was prompt, thorough, professional, and friendly. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

Their work is fine but they are way, way, overpriced. The installers are pretty clearly on commission and are constantly trying to upsell and push the most expensive option. My installer 'accidentally' loaded up the more expensive installer when it was time to sign. Personally in the future I will look elsewhere.

I scheduled an emergency service call on line at 4:30 a.m. due to garage door randomly opening and closing by itself and got an immediate confirmation for same day service. When the technician, Jeffrey Powell-Jenkins, arrived I was still freaking out about the door which had opened itself after 10 p.m. and stayed open until I woke up at 3:00 a.m. He calmly explained what he was doing to do to find the problem but the diagnostic tests didn't reveal the cause. I opted to have the opener, remotes, and exterior keypad replaced for my peace of mind as I had just purchased the house. Jeffrey's customer service skills are superb. He deserves a medal for his patient and empathetic approach to a freaked out old lady.

Jeffery showed up on time and looked over what needed to be done. He took about 15mins to look at both garage doors and show me three different proposals and price and asked me what proposals I would like to go with. Proposal was very thorough and I chose the one I wanted. Jeffery went over everything that would be done on the proposal I chose and got started on the Job. When job was done he showed me everything that was done and showed me that all is working. Was very happy with all work done and will recommend Precision door to anyone I know if they need garage door work done. Jeffery really knows what he is doing and I really appreciate that.

One of two garage door motors failed and we called Precision to replace the motor. Two Brians came out and, after explaining what they would be doing, they went to work. In a shade over 2 hours they replaced the chain drive with a belt drive, installed a new motor to match the other one (which had been replaced 3 years ago), and secured the electric eyes so that they can't get out of alignment. Nice job guys. Very pleased

We had a spring bracket pull off the wall. Called Precision at 3pm to report the issue and they had a tech out the next morning at 9am. Jackson evaluated the issue, identified the problem and remediated the failure. I strongly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

We had new garage doors installed on October 22, 2025. The installer, Drew Colson, did an excellent job for us. He explained the installation thoroughly and walked us through process of installing the door. He explained how to take care of the doors moving forward and answered all our questions. He also installed a new opener on one of the doors and pared the opener to one of our cars. It was a seamless process, and we highly recommend Drew and Precision for any garage door issues that may arise in the future. We have used Precision many times in the past, and they have always exceeded our expectations for good service and quality products.
