Precision was wonderful to work with. I have never used this company before but am now a forever customer. My garage door spring broke late one evening. I called at 7am and Colby was at my house a little after 8am for the repair. He was personable and efficient - replacing the springs and completed some overdue general maintenance quickly. I felt pricing was fair. I highly recommended this company.

Patrick came to my house within an hour after I called the company. He serviced and tuned up my two 30-year-old garage doors. He replaced the ancient garage door openers with new ones and explained how to use them. All this was done in a single visit. Recommended.

First, Luke was at our home ready to install new garage door opener mechanism the same day I called precision to schedule appointment. Second, Luke is very personable, courteous and competent! He and I moved some garage storage stuff/shelving out of his way. When done with garage opener, he put everything back without my knowledge and not asking for help. He was thoughtful to explain how to maintain the garage doors! He helped us before and it was a pleasure to see him again. He is a gentleman!

My Service Technician, Colby, arrived at the perfect time. He knew exactly what needed adjusted, cleaned, examined and if something needed replaced (gave a price), and showed me how to annually perform specific touch-ups. He was convivial and completed the appointment in a timely method. I was completely pleased with everything.

Marco and another showed up on time at my house introduced themselves and proceeded to take down my garage door, all old hardware and opener and put all in their truck. Marcos co worker had to leave. Marco continued to install new door with all the hardware and opener. He did an awesome job and explained everything to us. Highly recommend Marco and your company

Precision Garage Door was able to come out the same day that I called for service. The technician explained what was going on with my old garage door opener and replaced it with a new model during the visit. He was very professional and efficient. I will definitely call Precision in the future.

After a very thorough structured evaluation of all aspects of our garage doors operation their expert Brian was able to not only pinpoint the problem but come up with a menu of possible solutions. It was only a matter of an hour or so before a new garage door opener was installed and tuned and operating perfectly. Highly recommended.

I scheduled tune ups on my 3 doors using the online scheduler. Was able to get a next day appt. Colby was great. He evaluated our door seals and determined why they were squealing and progressively getting worse even after I had lubricated the hinges and rollers. Very professional and friendly and no pressure, just options.
