Jeffery showed up on time and looked over what needed to be done. He took about 15mins to look at both garage doors and show me three different proposals and price and asked me what proposals I would like to go with. Proposal was very thorough and I chose the one I wanted. Jeffery went over everything that would be done on the proposal I chose and got started on the Job. When job was done he showed me everything that was done and showed me that all is working. Was very happy with all work done and will recommend Precision door to anyone I know if they need garage door work done. Jeffery really knows what he is doing and I really appreciate that.

David was a wonderful technician in every way. He was on time, personable and knowledgeable. He answered every question and explained to me all he was doing throughout the appointment. He really knew his stuff! He also made me laugh while he took his time to make sure everything worked perfectly! He went above and beyond!

One of two garage door motors failed and we called Precision to replace the motor. Two Brians came out and, after explaining what they would be doing, they went to work. In a shade over 2 hours they replaced the chain drive with a belt drive, installed a new motor to match the other one (which had been replaced 3 years ago), and secured the electric eyes so that they can't get out of alignment. Nice job guys. Very pleased

We had a spring bracket pull off the wall. Called Precision at 3pm to report the issue and they had a tech out the next morning at 9am. Jackson evaluated the issue, identified the problem and remediated the failure. I strongly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

We had new garage doors installed on October 22, 2025. The installer, Drew Colson, did an excellent job for us. He explained the installation thoroughly and walked us through process of installing the door. He explained how to take care of the doors moving forward and answered all our questions. He also installed a new opener on one of the doors and pared the opener to one of our cars. It was a seamless process, and we highly recommend Drew and Precision for any garage door issues that may arise in the future. We have used Precision many times in the past, and they have always exceeded our expectations for good service and quality products.

Thank you for the prompt and knowledgeable service. Nicholas was great to work with; he was very knowledgeable and worked hard to fix the crashed garage door. Thank you for being available on Sunday. Not only did they fix our door, three years prior we purchased a garage door from precision. We had the same Awesome service then as we do now. Thank you.

We had been putting off having our garage door motor replaced for years but finally decided to go for it. Precision was able to get here same day. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. Hayden and his partner were awesome! Price was also slightly lower than a local competitor that we had quoted 6 months ago. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were very grateful for the professionalism of Precision Door Service from their information on the website, to the receptionist, to the technician. Our technician was right on time and came out the following day that I called. Chuck Hunt was personable, knowledgeable, skillful and articulate, which helped us in deciding what to do after his inspection. Chuck gave us several options to consider for repairing our 25 yr. old heavy, wooden, garage door as well as replacing the Lift master equipment. He had everything he needed to replace and repair with him, which meant no waiting for someone to come back at another time. We highly recommend this company for their efficiency, honesty and genuine hopefulness. Thank you.

Jeffery was professional, timely, and honest during his visit. He explained all the options and made a recommendation that I acted on. I really appreciate the service Precision provided, and I'm happy that my garage door is up and running again, better than ever.

Wow, new garage door installed without hassles!! ... CJ & his counter part were very professional, explained everything, and very friendly. Completed on time and cleaned up everything. Even pointed out a defect in a panel and said they'll be back to fix it!! ... Most others would just leave it and pray the customer doesn't notice it ... Want it done right, call these people ...

Jeff was fantastic! He was very kind and patient with me (as a senior citizen, I really appreciated that). He answered my questions clearly, make suggestions on future work to be done, and was very professional and efficient. I've been a customer with Precision for three years and have never had any kind of a negative issue with them. I highly recommend this company.

Precision was wonderful to work with. I have never used this company before but am now a forever customer. My garage door spring broke late one evening. I called at 7am and Colby was at my house a little after 8am for the repair. He was personable and efficient - replacing the springs and completed some overdue general maintenance quickly. I felt pricing was fair. I highly recommended this company.

Patrick came to my house within an hour after I called the company. He serviced and tuned up my two 30-year-old garage doors. He replaced the ancient garage door openers with new ones and explained how to use them. All this was done in a single visit. Recommended.

First, Luke was at our home ready to install new garage door opener mechanism the same day I called precision to schedule appointment. Second, Luke is very personable, courteous and competent! He and I moved some garage storage stuff/shelving out of his way. When done with garage opener, he put everything back without my knowledge and not asking for help. He was thoughtful to explain how to maintain the garage doors! He helped us before and it was a pleasure to see him again. He is a gentleman!

My Service Technician, Colby, arrived at the perfect time. He knew exactly what needed adjusted, cleaned, examined and if something needed replaced (gave a price), and showed me how to annually perform specific touch-ups. He was convivial and completed the appointment in a timely method. I was completely pleased with everything.

I have called Precision twice over the past 4 months. First, for major maintenance. Second, for a minor fix. My experience with the dispatch folks and the technicians has been professional, timely, thorough, and courteous. I am so pleased my original call was to Precision. My experience has been first rate in all ways.

My sister in law gave me their name. From the time I called, to the arrival of the technician, it was less than an hour. Technician was very knowledgeable, eager to make me happy, answered all my questions with respect, and was a good salesman. Price was reasonable and comparable.

Don Rushmer

Both of the technicians came on time on the next day after I contacted them They were experienced, helpful and pleasant, after evaluating the problems, fixed them very well and left me happy!

Forrest Faubion

Precision reacted very quickly to my request for repair. They sent a very good service man, Luke Dials, to make the repair. I can easily recommend Precision and Luke Dials. I would use both again.

We purchased our garage door from Precision in 2016 and the whole process was smooth as silk from our salesperson through installation. This is the first repair we've needed since it was installed (broken spring) and our technician Nicholas did an excellent job! We opted for the Overhaul 10year package and we're very pleased with the result! Thanks, PDS!

We were very pleased with the attentive service and explanation of options by Cody. He was not pushing us to purchase now and did a very thorough evaluation of our current garage door. He seemed to understand our hesitance to get a door near term and did not push.
