We had an issue with our new garage door installation. Our garage has low clearance so it was not a typical installation. Our issue was that one of the rollers left the track frequently. The first tech who came out didn't solve the problem. I called in again and they scheduled a senior tech to come take a look. CJ showed up and took a *lot* of time analyzing the problem and got everything squared away. 5 stars for CJ but only 4 overall since there was an initial issue that wasn't resolved with the first follow up. Having said that, I would recommend this company.

Thank you for coming out quickly when our garage door refused to close. We had exhausted all suggestions in the manual AND learned a handy override option. Hopefully new sensors mounted on ground will keep us from being exasperated by error codes ????

The key lock for the garage was broken. Luke showed up exactly on time. He was very courteous and helpful. There is a learning curve to operating the lock if the power goes out. He was so patient with me and had me run through it twice. I told him l never had so much fun with a repair! Make them your first call for any garage problem.

Very impressed with Sean who came for an estimate. He called ahead of time, showed up on time, and spent a considerable amount of time with us to go over many details. He was an installer before becoming an estimator so he is intimately familiar with all the nuances of garage doors. Not sure how competitive the bid will be as I will get one or two other bids for comparison.
