Shane showed up on time for the appointment. He diagnosed the problem and provided alternatives to correct the problem. He installed the new garage door opener and provided guidance on how it works. He even helped to have the opener connected to our I Phones. Great service.

Great service by Luke (C). He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and solved the problem with a 28 year-old door opener without requiring a replacement. He was also very personable and represented the company well. I can’t speak too highly of Luke or the schedulers who also performed well.

Service rep arrived on time and diagnosed our problem within about 10 minutes. Our doors are over 20 years old and one door had been bent slightly creating bang when opening or closing. Noted the damaged panel needed to be replaced or the door needed replacement. An alternative solution was to add a hinge at the damaged area which solved our problem. Our only other solution would have been to replace all doors in order to have the exterior match as we could not get matching exterior pattern today.

My wife and I had our garage door opener break on us on a Sunday at 4:00 pm. We were unable to even get it to work manually as the red cable broke when we attempted to manually open it. We panicked as we needed to use our cars the next morning for work. So we luckily found Precision Door’s ad on the Internet, read their great reviews and noted that they work seven days a week. We called them right away and they were very reassuring; they stated they could have someone to our house within two hours. The technician arrived 90 minutes later and was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He then gave us a fair and reasonable price and fixed the problem in less time than he predicted. He also performed a few extra services for us at no charge (ie., lubricating the garage door, etc.). We were very happy with the work performed and how effortlessly this company resolved our problem. I would highly recommend them for any garage door services you may need or any other services they offer. We will certainly recommend them to anyone who requires this type of service.

First time user, cold called the number from Google. Person who answered the phone is/was very pleasant and indicated the soonest a person could be here was Sunday, the next day. That was fine, it was scheduled and Tim arrived on Sunday about 10:30 AM. Very qualified and knew what he was doing. He presented some suggestions with prices and I accepted one, he finished the install, cleaned up, I paid the bill completely satisfied.I would recommend Precision Garage Door to any person needing your services....THANK YOU, Happy New year!
