Hunter was our technician. He was very professional, and I was impressed with his knowledge. He explained everything he did and made sure I didn't have any questions before he left plus, he took all the old parts away. I would recommend this company for all needs with a garage door opener.

I am extremely happy and satisfied with the work done by the two extremely friendly and professional workers. I called yesterday to have a malfunctioning opener checked and today I have two new openers! No, I was not forced into getting them. They were old and would need replacing soon anyway. They were finished in about three hours, and explained the operation of the doors very clearly, and set all the new codes. I could not be happier with their work and the quality of the products. Thanks, guys, very much!!!

Choose Precision due their great reviews. I booked an appointment online to replace a broken torsion spring and was able to set up for the next day. Stephen Curtis, our service technician, was great--he called about 15 minutes prior to our scheduled time to say he was on the way. Once he arrived he reviewed our garage door and gave us a detailed estimate for a few options. We selected an option and he completed the work in a timely manner. Stephen provided first class service!

This is the second time in ten years that we used Precision to upgrade our garage door opener/system from chain drive to belt drive. We’ve had nothing but good luck with the first system and installed the same brand this time, too. Quiet and smooth. Joe, our installer, was fantastic. Would definitely want to work with Joe again in the future.

Tremendous job by Installer/Technician Jason. Our 13 year old spring broke. We upgraded to the 10 year warranty package which included heavy-duty, robust parts. The garage door now works flawlessly (no rattles/noise). Always pleased with Precision's work.

Everything was done professionally, and he showed me how to set up the app and even programmed all of my vehicles home links. Everything works as advertised. I could not be happier.
