Choose Precision due their great reviews. I booked an appointment online to replace a broken torsion spring and was able to set up for the next day. Stephen Curtis, our service technician, was great--he called about 15 minutes prior to our scheduled time to say he was on the way. Once he arrived he reviewed our garage door and gave us a detailed estimate for a few options. We selected an option and he completed the work in a timely manner. Stephen provided first class service!

This is the second time in ten years that we used Precision to upgrade our garage door opener/system from chain drive to belt drive. Tremendous job by Installer/Technician Jason. Our 13 year old spring broke. We upgraded to the 10 year warranty package which included heavy-duty, robust parts. The garage door now works flawlessly (no rattles/noise). Always pleased with Precision's work.

Jason gave some options beyond fixing the problem we called about. He replaced the spring and also did a refurbishing of the whole system. Because of time restraints he will be back in three days to replace the motor that was installed in 1998. Very pleased with the work being done.
