Jason gave some options beyond fixing the problem we called about. He replaced the spring and also did a refurbishing of the whole system. Because of time restraints he will be back in three days to replace the motor that was installed in 1998. Very pleased with the work being done.

I accidentally backed into my garage door early one morning. Ted showed up right at 8am and worked his magic. Somehow he managed to get the door back in place and running smoothly. I even made it to work on time. Thank you Ted and Precision for your prompt, courteous, and professional service!

Curtis came out and worked through the inspection after explaining the process to us. After the inspection, he went through his recommendations along with the associated safety concerns and risks as well as what he had found that was in good working order. After going through the costs, he immediately began work and was done very quickly considering all of the parts that were changed out (which were all on his truck). I plan on using them going forward for all of our garage door needs.

Great service, you guys! Keep up the good work. Curtis was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything that he was going to do and got it done quickly. We were thrilled that he could come out with almost no notice and secure our residence by getting our garage door that had completely failed closed until we can get it replaced.

Our garage door has always functioned flawlessly but suddenly would not open. I called Precision at 9:00pm and spoke to a gentleman who scheduled the technician to arrive at 7:30am the next morning. The two workers arrived on time. They were professional, friendly and patiently answered my questions. They diagnosed the problem and had the correct parts in their van. The repair went smoothly and they left our garage door working better than it ever has. The cost was reasonable, too. We are VERY pleased with their next-morning service call. Many thanks!

Really happy with Precision! First class experience in every respect. The guys that came to our house to replace the springs on our electric garage door opener we’re friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and honest. Precision’s pricing was also better than their competitors. Highly recommend them!

The service technician was prompt, knowledgable and professional in all resects. The call ended up being "operator error". Tim provided a tutorial as to proper use so as to insure that the problem would not occur again. I recommend both him and the company to anyone requiring garage door or garage opener assistance.

My garage door spring broke this morning. I had used Precision before at my previous residence and had been very happy with the service. I called them, and they scheduled an appointment the same day. The technician David P arrived on time, assessed the problem, provided some options and completed the work in 1.5 hours. Very happy with the service and I highly recommend them.

My garage door was stuck about a foot off the ground when Jason arrived. Even under the best circumstances the very heavy old wooden door has come down very noisily. For years. Jason spent 2 hours working on it until he corrected the roll perfectly and soundlessly with a new bearing plate. Thank you Jason.
