Just got my 2 springs replaced! The original springs I had broke after about 7 years of use. I replaced them through a contractor from Home Depot(shouldn't have). Those springs lasted less than 2 years!!! Springs were basically JUNK! *****Precision Door Service***** 5 STARS for sure Amazing people from the agent on the phone to the technicians that came to the house. Amazing service - The 2 technicians that came to the house knew every aspect of the garage door mechanisms. Not just the torsion springs, they were clear about explaining door balance, pulleys, rollers, cables, and how everything is supposed to function together. Simple things, but make a big difference if not done with Precision!! The door opening and closing never sounded quieter and smoother. The price I was quoted over the phone is what I ended up paying. Thank you, sorry I forgot your names, but you know who you are... If garage problems ever come up in a conversation I will for sure mention your company and my experience.

We selected a Carriage House cedar door to replace an ordinary one painted the color of our house. Since the garage dominates the view of the house from the street, we felt like having a classy door would do more than anything else to improve the curb appeal. It worked - and the new door exceeds our wildest expectations. The staff at Precision recommended a painter to stain the door - Eric Hernanz. He did a beautiful job, carefully matching the color to the mahogany deck and fence. The installation was fast and efficient, and the door works perfectly. The only minor issue was a longer than expected delay in getting it all finished - apparently due to the shipping time from the manufacturer. But it was worth the wait. We highly recommend Precision for replacement doors.

Paul L. came to our house yesterday with the original scope of work to fix a broken garage door opener. After working through the original fix, another problem presented itself that rendered the opener not worth fixing. Paul was excellent in figuring out a solution for a new garage door opener that was within our budget. He did an amazing job putting in the time above and beyond to make sure we were happy clients. Large Garage Door Spring broke in the morning. By noon Precision was on hand to replace the broken spring. AS usual Precision was quick to respond with very timely and efficient service. Nick, the service tech, did an incredible job. He explained all the work to be completed, gave me a rough estimate of the amount of time and answered all questions that I had. He did a full inspection and serviced the entire garage door and mechanism. He replaced the faulty spring and my garage door operated better than it ever has, quiet and smooth. Thanks!

I've used Precision in the past and was very happy with their service. They also have excellent ratings on Angies List. I called to set up a service appointment for a broken garage door. I was happily able to get an appointment the same day. I received a phone call when they were on their way. The two techs were very professional and pleasant. They inspected the door and determined the issues. They were very clear with the issues and gave me choices as to the level of service that I would like. The charge seemed appropriate for the parts that were replaced and the time that it took. I will definitely use them again in the future for any other issues and I will highly recommend them to others.

Luke did a great job all the way around on this service call. We have a 3-car garage with two doors and we called because the double door wasn't working correctly. Luke cleared that problem up quickly and explained what he had done. I asked about replacing an aging, noisy garage door opener for the single door. Luke explained the options, including pricing, then performed a fast and efficient installation of the replacement GDO. After finishing, he explained all the features of the new GDO and how to work them. He also walked me through setting up the keypad and even programmed the car remote. I couldn't ask for better service.

Great repair work...as usual. Joe came on time to replace our double door bottom rubber seal. He not only replaced the seal in a timely manner, but checked our other door seal, lubricated all of the hinges and springs and adjusted the closing settings. Bo was great. We had a broken spring, a lot of wear on rollers, bearings etc. He showed us options and let us choose what level of repair we wanted. No pressure. We chose. Travis was our Technician who performed a very thorough Service and Safety Inspection. Our garage doors are over 20 years old. Travis presented a very professional presence with excellent knowledge & communication skills. Once the service inspection was completed.Travis explained in detail the results and his recommendations on the areas that need additional repairs and future replacements. Travis provided us a e-mail document outlining in detail his replacement proposal with costs. Travis presentation was very professional with no pressure to make a commitment at that time. We agree to proceed with his proposal after the first of the year. Highly recommend Travis Currier for your Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.
