I called about 1:00 pm and Brad arrived just after 3:00 pm, right on time. He explained what was wrong and exactly how he was going to replace the old opener and why. I really appreciated how well he knew his job and also how thoroughly he explained everything. He also told me what to do to keep it working well in the future, which was very helpful. I live in a Mountain Park condo which still had its slow, noisy 1970's garage door opener. On a Saturday afternoon, Precision's Bo and Gary were on site servicing a neighbor's door so I thought I'd ask a couple questions, maybe make an appointment to get an external keypad. My unit was too old (and out of code and unsafe!) for contemporary upgrades, but the guys had everything they needed on their van and the price was right, so BOOM! Less than 2 hours later I had a brand new, smooth, quiet, modern garage door opener with an external keypad. Bo and Gary were an absolute pleasure to deal with; professional, polite and informative, with zero high pressure. They answered all my questions, explained available options, quoted surprisingly fair prices and got the job DONE. I make my living in customer service, and could not be happier with my experience with Precision Door. All customer service should be this good.

My garage door would not close properly and even opened on its own once. The technician came out on the same day that I called (a Saturday), without charging me more and he was very friendly, helpful and professional. I was relieved to find out that it was just a problem with the sensors but he checked everything out just to make sure. Great job and I would highly recommend them!

I was able to schedule a repair date soon and a time that worked for me. Josh called to let me know he was running behind which I really appreciate. He arrived only 30 minutes later and serviced the garage door and explained all that was done.

Had your company come out today for service on my garage door...it was John that came out...he called before he came which is always nice and said he could come early if that was ok and that was awesome!! He was here just when he said he was going to be.....diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and fixed it within 30 minutes. What a great guy....very good at what he does and very very nice. I am very happy with the service provided. I called Sunday morning and in 1 h the technician (Josh)was at my house. He presented the options I had and the estimate for each option. I chose to replace the rollers/cables/springs/shaft and he finished the job in 1h30min. Josh was nice, professional, and did a great job!

Ray was fantastic! He assessed the issues and then explained to me what was going on and how best to remedy. We discussed the best way to fix and he proceeded to make the garage door perform better. We then talked about the life of my garage door opener and I now know what to be aware of in the next few years! He was very efficient and personable. I first hired another company that looked like a great deal but they did not know what they were doing. The other company caused problems, couldn't fix the garage door and their technician hurt himself. Aaron, with Precision, was knowledgeable and experienced. He told me that he wasn't the cheapest in town but explained the quality of parts they use to fix a garage door to make sure that a job was done right the first time. After seeing how dangerous a garage door can be if a spring breaks I wanted it done right and saving a few dollars was not worth it. Thank you Precision for providing amazing service and quality parts that will last. I am a Real Estate Broker and I will make sure that my clients use you guys for their garage door needs.

I called and asked Precision to come out to repair our garage door and they were out in about 2 hours. The repair person fixed the door perfectly. He didn't try and sell us on any other repairs, which we really appreciate. I would highly recommend Precision if you need any repairs!

These guys are great! We called 1st thing in the morning with an emergency and they had a service person out within an hour. Aaron was amazing! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to articulate exactly what the issues were, how much the replacement parts would cost and had us up and operating within an hour. This appeared to be a major endeavor but he made it look simple :-) I would highly recommend Precision Door Service and ask for Aaron!!!!

Needed help to fix a garage door problem, like right away, and Precision sent Brad. I was so glad to see him as he has helped me before, and as before the job was completed perfectly. I would never call anyone but Precision for garage door work.
