We first used Precision about ten years ago. A neighbor backed into our garage door and we called precision, great response and quick service. When the current spring gave up, we called again, fast response and good work. Precision is definitely a keeper!

I called and asked Precision to come out to repair our garage door and they were out in about 2 hours. The repair person fixed the door perfectly. He didn't try and sell us on any other repairs, which we really appreciate. I would highly recommend Precision if you need any repairs!

These guys are great! We called 1st thing in the morning with an emergency and they had a service person out within an hour. Aaron was amazing! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to articulate exactly what the issues were, how much the replacement parts would cost and had us up and operating within an hour. This appeared to be a major endeavor but he made it look simple :-) I would highly recommend Precision Door Service and ask for Aaron!!!!

We had an accidental collision with the garage door and were in urgent need of some help. After failing to arrange a timely response from two door repair firms, I did a Google and found Precision. They had a technician (Jesse) here within hours and he was he was able to restore the door the same day. We were extremely pleased with the service from the office and also the technician who was pleasant, efficient and competent. We are certain that we will contact Precision for our future door needs.

We employed Precision Door Service to fix a broken spring on one of our garage doors. I rather suspected that, since our house is 23 years old, that we just might consider replacing all three springs and the openers. Kevin came out and we discussed these possibilities. Kevin replaced all the openers, springs, bearings and rollers. We have never heard (or not heard) such quiet garage doors! Kevin was prompt, showing up exactly as promised. He had all the parts he needed. He was very efficient, professional, friendly, humorous and provided excellent customer service. He explained in detail what he would do. Kevin's own exemplary manner of customer service mirrors that of Precision Door Service. There is only one company to consider for your garage door needs and that, of course, is Precision. I have already recommended this company, and Kevin, to a neighbor!

I called Precision when my old garage door opener finally quit. Aaron came out to install a new opener and also inspected our door. He found the door out of balance, 2 stripped panel hinges and some frozen rollers. After installation of the new belt drive opener, and addressing the door issues, the door is now amazingly QUIET!!! It is so quiet that I have to look and check that the door is actually working! The door operates better than when it was new. Precision exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Hello, We just had our garage door serviced with a coupon purchased from AAA. I wanted to drop a line to comment on what nice service we received. The technician was thorough in explaining the work that was required to get the garage door to tip-top working shape. I declined the full work for today and he completed the maintenance covered by the coupon with care. The garage door is operating much better that it was and we are quite happy with the service we received. When we are ready to do the full rebuild , we will be calling Precision Door Service. I'm afraid I don't remember the name the tech gave me when he introduced himself but his name is marked ED on the invoice. Thanks Very Much, Donna N

Victor was incredible! He worked hard in a difficult situation where an automobile was unmovable and constantly in the way and he worked around it without complaint. I called Precision door just after 7am in the morning as I had backed out and bumped into my garage door when they were closed. The door wouldln't close again. When I called the dispatcher said that Brad would be out by 11. He finished his previous job and said he could come a little early. Great! We've had Brad out before when he fixed a broken garage door spring. He is efficient, kind, a good listener, and very knowledgable. He fixed up the alignment of our door within 20 minutes or so. I also had him replace a bulb in the light on the opener, and put a new code pad on the outside of the garage as the buttons on our old weren't working well. The price was so reasonable and I wouldn't call anybody else. I always know that we will be taken care of in an efficient and professional manner. Thank you so much for your good service. It's nice to know that we can have complete confidence in a company; their products, their people and their work.

I have relied on Precision for all my garage door needs. This time, it was a slow-rising door that at times would not open completely -- the result of a broken spring. Alex replaced the springs, drums, and cables. The door is now back to its regular speed, and I'm able to park the car in the garage knowing that the door will open all the way when I need to get the car out. As many reviewers have already commented, Alex was on-time, knowledgeable, and competent. He is also very personable and creative. I enjoyed talking to him, and found out about his interests in design and carpentry. Thanks Alex for taking care of my door!
