On time, gave three options for repair, the repair was done in good time, polite and professional. Replaced both door springs and new lifetime rollers. Door works much smoother and quiet. The new type of coated springs which will give longer life as they are coated so springs work smoother. I would give them a 5 star at this point.

I called for a re-inspection on the repairs that were done on my garage door. The initial repairman stated that the door was not sealing totally, however, it would seat itself after a short period. I was still having the same issue after 3 weeks time with the door gasket not sealing correctly. I called and they scheduled a service the same week. The tech arrived on time and was able to rectify the issue within just a few minutes to my satisfaction.

I called late Wednesday afternoon, I was greeted by a lady who took all my information in a professional and timely manner, she set me up for an appointment the next morning. Paul called me 15 mins before he would be arriving at our home. Paul greeted me with a handshake, he politely reviewed with me the estimate and reviewed what he would be doing. Highly recommend this company. We purchased new garage door & opener. We worked with 2 technicians. Technician Luke explained pro's & con's of repair vs replace. Ultimately we choose replace. Technician CJ installed the new door & opener. Both were on time, very polite and thoroughly knowledgeable about their products. My garage openers were install by Precision in June of 2014 and were adjusted in October of the same year. Not a word was said at either visit about oiling the hinges, etc., by either tech. Yesterday the man was extremely helpful; I say man because either he didn't tell me his name or more likely he did and I missed it; I'm afraid I am very delinquent when hearing people's name - my problem! He said they should be oiled yearly which no one had said; he explained and I watched how and where to oil/spray. That is something I can't do, but it is certainly something my daughter or someone else can do for me. I appreciated that! A lot of service people don't tell the customer so to keep that customer calling back for simple tasks such as this. He was polite, did the task without dawdling, and explained the process of signing on a tablet rather than paper form. Send him back anytime!, I appreciate a company with employees like him. Thank you. P. S. In the "Service Performed" below, I think garage door opener maintenance is preferable to "repair"in this instance.

After reviewing our garage door history, he determined that we were covered by warranty and would not have to pay for the new cables. Within minutes he replaced the cables, balanced the door and was on his way. He was effective and efficient.
