Although the return call was not immediate and the service call took a little longer than I had hoped, the professionalism and quality of the work and material have me convinced this is one of the best garage door companies in the area. Great Experience!! Same day service was a bonus, but I appreciated how simple everyone made this process. Luke was very friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make it a good experience for me. He even offered to go to my 2nd house to make a quick fix, since it was only a few miles away. I was worried that this could be a bad experience with unneeded repair and expense. Now I have a company I can trust for garage door issues for years to come. Thanks again for your help.

I was very pleased with the service. Kevin showed up right at the scheduled time of 9 A.M. He did a thorough inspection of the door and told me what he thought should be done, gave me an estimate, and then replaced the broken springs, replaced the cables with a much sturdier set, realigned the door sensors, and moved the door strut up to the top of the garage door where it should have been placed when it was originally installed. Heck, he even set the time on my door opener wall control. He then gave me recommendations on yearly maintenance and asked if I had any final questions. Thanks very much for the prompt and speedy service.

Great service. The spring on my door broke late on a Saturday night. I called Precision Door Service early Sunday morning and a technician was at m house by 10:00AM. The technician, Alex, was very knowledgable and helpful. He had new springs installed by 11:00AM. I recommend Precision Door Service to anyone in need of garage door repair.

My door was operating reliably but noisily. I would not have called for service if AAA had not offered a discount on service that would reduce the noise. It did. Brad came on time and finished the job in a half hour, including the time it took to tell me about 3 or 4 additional things he could replace now before they wear out

Precision Door was amazing! We were not sure what was wrong or how much it was going to cost, they sent someone out the very next day when they did a quote and explained every little detail with what was wrong and what should be replaced. They were very friendly and we felt completely comfortable with them in our home. We scheduled someone to come out the following week,they called to verify appointment as well as what work was being performed. They showed up on time for the appointment, went right to work, and completed all the work in an amazing amount of time! We love the quality of products and how quite it is! I called after hours after being imprisoned in my own garage by a broken spring. Kim answered the phone set me up to get it fixed. They repairman came by on time the next morning and fixed it. The door works beautifully, and I got a lifetime warranty on the work. Would use them again. Nice folk.

WOW!!! I hope you give Brian a BIG BONUS!!! He was fantastic!! So knowledgable and a very nice young man. It was so cold out and he just kept working and everything was done well and cleaned up. In this day and age I think it's rare! Great product! I am so pleased with the belt driven unit. It's so quiet. Love them. I hope to have many years of use out of them. I was very happy with the service. The spring on my garage door broke. I called that evening around 5:00pm and the tech was at my house 9:15 the next morning. My door was about 40 years old and the tech showed me some worn parts that would eventually lead to problems. He suggested a door rebuild. I was really surprised at how much more quiet and smooth the door works now. The tech was professional and knowledgeable.

The spring broke on the garage door. Jesse was the tech that came out. Stephen showed up right on time and worked with me as well as Genie in trying to fix my old opener. In the end , I decided to go with a new Liftmaster belt driven opener. I would like to thank your great team in helping me resolve an issue quickly. I needed a new Garage door opener. Have it installed correctly and have it done quickly. Lisa who helped me schedule the appointment, to Brad installing a new opener. This took place within a 3 hour window (from start to finish). Brad sold me on a new opener (very quite) and installed new safety devices (which my older unit didn't have).

I was impressed by the quick response to my email inquiry, which was sent after 9pm on a Sunday night when I noticed the problem. I received a call that same evening at 10pm to set up an appointment for the following morning. The technician phoned to let me know that he was 10 minutes away, which was on time with the appointment that I set up. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had it fixed within about an hour. He even swept up after. The quick response and professionalism made what could have been a pain...much easier to deal with. Thank you!!
