These guys did a great job. Paul was my salesman - he was professional, responded to my correspondence quickly, made sure that I got exactly what I wanted, and came over a number of times before the installation to answer questions I had about the design, install etc. I've managed 7 large construction projects over the last 8 years and have unfortunately had a number of really disappointing experices with contractors. My experience with Paul on the other hand was extrememly satisfactory. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again and again. Thanks again Paul for your great service!

I had Precision fix a broken spring on a very heavy garage door. Brad, the technician that came out, was very professional, personable considerate, efficient. He took the old springs off, installed the new and was done in 20 minutes or so, all the time I was talking with him. He tuned up the door and pointed out that a few rollers needed replacing. I own a Jewelry store downtown and wanted to give a personal testimony for him and this company. I would use them again or recommend them in a heartbeat, very professional, very reasonable. 100% satisified. Mike.

Technician arrived on time, explained his work clearly.He was comfortable with me observing his work and gave respectful concrete answers to my questions. He set up the door opener so the remotes all worked the first time,as well as showing me how each worked including the door number pad.He also realigned the previous opener as it was not centered correctly..The opener is so nice and quiet as well as moving very smoothly..The exterior looks nice ,would have appreciated a little more caulking on the framing to have a smooth surface before I painted. Otherwise did an excellent job..

Your reps had come to our place on earlier occasions to deal with malfunctioning garage doors. Although they were not installed by you, your guys did what they could to adjust them before any replacement was called for. When it finally had to happen it was done quickly, courteously and effectively. Should be good for another 15.

The hardware of our double garage doors needed to be replaced due to the age of these heavy duty doors made in sold wood in the Irvington Historical area. The technician, Gary Winter, was pleasant to work with. Even when he had problems to make the doors run the way he would like. Gary remained patient and persistent. He continued troubleshooting until he finally found a solution to resolve the problem. The only thing that I miss is I no longer have my dog, Jazzy, to welcome me at the kitchen door when I come home from running errands, because our double garage doors now run so smoothly and quietly that Jazzy does not hear the squeaky garage door any more. We are very satisfied with the work and professionalism that Precision provided us.

On Wednesday the 4th I noticed a roller broken and called your office. In about an hour Brad arrived, and after surveying the situation, replaced four cracked or broken brackets and a roller in about 30 minutes. EXCELLENT SERVICE! I am very happy with the overall experience with Precision Door. I called them on a Sunday afternoon to get my garage door fixed and the service technician came within 2 hrs and fixed it right away. The technician was very courteous, professional and explained to me what had gone wrong and also mentioned other options and upgrades that were available.
