We got a referral from friends stating that Precision is a good company to deal with. We had great service - Alex explained things well and he showed up at the house when he said he would. He looked and acted professionally. Great installation and he cleaned the garage area when he was finished. Very impressed!

Garage door rebuild and new garage opener were installed faster than the estimate, area was cleaned, and everything works perfectly. Technician was careful to learn exactly what we wanted done and discussed options before touching a thing and gave us a range of options before providing cost and time estimate.

My experience with Precision was awesome. My garage door broke on a Sunday evening before a National Holiday. Precision had someone at my house the next day at 8:20 am. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, and explained each step of the process. While the price was on the high side, you also get what you pay for. I would suggest PDS to anyone in need of fast reliable service. The absolutely deserve a 5 star rating.

The two-person team who came to our house was terrific (sorry, I didn't write down their names but hopefully you have it in your records). One handled sales and the other handled installation. The person who handled sales was very knowledgeable and helpful. The person who handled the installation did a very good job. The garage doors open quietly and reliably. I would definitely recommend both in the future.

I got a quote in 20 minutes. I got a new door in less than 24 hours. The price was fair (a little lower than another quote)but the timing was the most convenient.I couldn't believe it only took an hour and a half to take the old door out and install a new one. It was only then that I become aware of the superior quality of their product and the piece of junk I had that broke. Yes, they even cleaned up the place better than they found it.

In a pinch, I called someone I didn't know. Their ad looked good and I had a recommendation from a local business. Alex came out to inspect it and helped us decide on a new garage door. Best decision I've made in a while. It was installed beautifully, and I'm very satisfied.

One evening, when we pulled into our driveway and pressed the garage-door opener button, the garage door made a horrible grinding sound. The next day, I read several company's garage-door repair reviews on the Internet, and Precision's name and 5-star customer ratings came up over and over. I called to make an appointment (hoping that I could plead my case and get Saturday service); the Precision representative was very nice, and before I could ask if Saturday service was even possible, she told me that Victor would be at my house Saturday afternoon! Victor worked tirelessly on my 1977 garage door, and didn't stop to take a break. He rebuilt the torsion system, installed 2 cables, 2 drums, 3 new springs that could handle the heavy garage door, 12 rollers, and a new operator chain drive. He was FANTASTIC at his job! He even programmed the garage door opener for me! I give Victor and Precision 10 stars --- because 5 stars doesn't do the service justice!

We contacted Precision Door Service after the torsion spring on our garage door broke. Initially, we were only planning to get the spring replaced. Brad, the salesperson, came in to look at the door and found that the wooden door was already showing signs of rot (our house is pretty old). He suggested getting a new door to save on the cost of replacing the spring and then having to replace the door in a couple of years. We agreed to go with that, and also asked for a door opener to be installed, if possible, since we didn't have one and I really wanted to get one. Our garage has a low ceiling and the floor slopes slightly down the right side. We had been told by other contractors that installing a door opener was impossible. Brad called the installer with measurements, and was told that it might be possible. When Gerry, the installer, came in with the new door and took a look at the garage, he was confident he could get the opener installed. We were off at work and returned home when he was done, and were very pleasantly surprised to find that he has installed it. His work was very clean and neat, and he had paid a lot of attention to detail. He had noted that my husband is tall, and made sure that nothing he installed would hit my husband's head. He also fixed the retainer on the bottom of the door to be thicker on one end so the seal was good even though the floor was sloped. I have rarely seen such attention to detail in other work we have had done around our house. I am very happy with the door and the quality of installation and I would recommend the company.

These guys did a great job. Paul was my salesman - he was professional, responded to my correspondence quickly, made sure that I got exactly what I wanted, and came over a number of times before the installation to answer questions I had about the design, install etc. I've managed 7 large construction projects over the last 8 years and have unfortunately had a number of really disappointing experices with contractors. My experience with Paul on the other hand was extrememly satisfactory. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again and again. Thanks again Paul for your great service!

I had Precision fix a broken spring on a very heavy garage door. Brad, the technician that came out, was very professional, personable considerate, efficient. He took the old springs off, installed the new and was done in 20 minutes or so, all the time I was talking with him. He tuned up the door and pointed out that a few rollers needed replacing. I own a Jewelry store downtown and wanted to give a personal testimony for him and this company. I would use them again or recommend them in a heartbeat, very professional, very reasonable. 100% satisified. Mike.

Technician arrived on time, explained his work clearly. He was comfortable with me observing his work and gave respectful concrete answers to my questions. He set up the door opener so the remotes all worked the first time,as well as showing me how each worked including the door number pad.He also realigned the previous opener as it was not centered correctly..The opener is so nice and quiet as well as moving very smoothly..The exterior looks nice ,would have appreciated a little more caulking on the framing to have a smooth surface before I painted. Otherwise did an excellent job..

I chose Precision Garage because their product was superior to any other that I looked at. A very big factor, as well, was they are a family owned business. Every aspect from my first contact to final installtion were professional, ontime and curtious. My installer was Brian B. He did an excellent job, was on time, provided explainations of everything he did and left the garaage spotless.
