Precision tech's phoned prior to arrival & got there promptly. After problem assessment a couple options were clearly & professionally presented with pricing, performance & warranty details. The repair / installation was carefully performed within job time mentioned. New equipment operation was reviewed by tech & they even kindly offered to sweep up my garage.

Yours is one of the finest service businesses I have encountered in 20 years of home ownership! The timing was prompt, the quality of the work was exceptional, and the price reasonable for the extent of the repairs. When I open my garage door now, I hardly recognize it --- smooth, quiet operation, not the creaky, groaning disaster it used to be. I selected your service through Angie's List, and your Super Service Award is well deserved!

Your reps had come to our place on earlier occasions to deal with malfunctioning garage doors. Although they were not installed by you, your guys did what they could to adjust them before any replacement was called for. When it finally had to happen it was done quickly, courteously and effectively. Should be good for another 15.

The hardware of our double garage doors needed to be replaced due to the age of these heavy duty doors made in sold wood in the Irvington Historical area. The technician, Gary Winter, was pleasant to work with. Even when he had problems to make the doors run the way he would like. Gary remained patient and persistent. He continued troubleshooting until he finally found a solution to resolve the problem. The only thing that I miss is I no longer have my dog, Jazzy, to welcome me at the kitchen door when I come home from running errands, because our double garage doors now run so smoothly and quietly that Jazzy does not hear the squeaky garage door any more. We are very satisfied with the work and professionalism that Precision provided us.

On Wednesday the 4th I noticed a roller broken and called your office. In about an hour Brad arrived, and after surveying the situation, replaced four cracked or broken brackets and a roller in about 30 minutes. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Your company has been providing me with excellent service, and when it's time for a new garage door, I'll be calling you. Thanks.

I am very happy with the overall experience with Precision Door. I called them on a Sunday afternoon to get my garage door fixed and the service technician came within 2 hrs and fixed it right away. The technician was very courteous, professional and explained to me what had gone wrong and also mentioned other options and upgrades that were available. Fully transparent about the costs. i am happy i made the right choice in selecting Precision Door.

My old garage door died of old age, it's time had come. I needed help. The new steel door was installed quickly, & efficiently. The tech was terrific. My only issue is that the new door has a sharper closing curve that is not as fluid as the old door. It just doesn't flow like the old one.

Brian was very courteous: he called ahead of time, arrived on time, was pleasant in his conversations and while doing his work. Things were explained very plainly but in sufficient detail. I really enjoyed his laid-back style. His work was meticulous and he worked with me on some particulars.

Our family was leaving for Seattle, or so we thought. Our door decided that was a perfect time to stop us. Gary from precision came over, after two others did not help us. Quick and professional- he fixed all that was wrong- and we were on our way. We would highly recommend Precision.

Great experience and would highly recommend Percision. I had called them out to repair a broken lift cable/chain on our 16 year old opener. Brad took the time to educate me on what to expect as far as possible future repairs for an opener this old. It became apparant to me that it was just a matter of time before other components (e.g. plastic gear) would fail. I never felt pressured to purchase a new opener but that's what I ultimated decided to do. I'm glad I did. Not only does it give me piece of mind but the operation of the new unit is whisper quite as compared to our old opener. Thank you!

I have chosen Precision for two garage door repairs (on two separate doors) and I recommend them. On the first occasion they replaced the spring. On this occasion Brad realigned tracks so that the door would close properly, then he explained the option, cost & benefit of replacing its spring (which was 23 years old). I decided to go ahead with the replacement and am happy i did so, did not feel pressured into making that decision. Precision was very easy to deal with: scheduling the service call was easy and Brad was very straightforward to work with, he explained effectively and answered all my questions, and everything worked out just as he said it would.

Gary arrived approximately 1 1/2 hours after I called the office to request a service call. The spring was broken and the other moving parts were old and rusted. Gary replaced all the parts and adjusted the door for proper operation. Gary was professional and very pleasant. Thank you for the rapid response and excellent service.

Precision is a group of real professionals who take extra pride in their work and the reputation of their company. I wouldn't call anyone else to work on my door. Gary quickly determined my problem, and then laid out some clear options to improve the overall operation and, more importantly, safety of my door. It was easy to trust his insights, and now I have a smooth, quiet, SAFE door. Thanks!

Great experience. Spring broke on a Friday afternoon. Thinking "crap"...need to wait until next week. Gary came Sunday morning, on-time at 8am and we were back in service less than 2 hours later. Thanks.

I had a difficult radio situation, but Precision stuck with me and got the solution right. I also had a warranty claim (trim boards came unglued after about 2 years), and Precision installed new doors. The techs are great (our most recent one was Gerry.) I am very satisfied!
