When our garage door started to act up I called Precision. I was greeted by Lisa who was understanding and helpful. She asked me a few questions to qualify my problem. She had me check to make sure the safety beams were aligned correctly. They were and she then scheduled a Tech to come out. Jesse called an hour early to verify the time and address and arrived a few minutes early. Once inside he asked me a series of questions and gave the equipment a close examination while trouble shooting the problem. He answered all my questions and explained each process and the function of each component. He was thorough in his troubleshooting and logical in his problem solving. It was not long till my garage door was up and down again with ease. Jesse was professional, courteous and engaging. From first call to the handshake goodbye it was as advertised. Gary did all the right things for perfect customer service: called that he was on his way; arrived promptly; was courteous; give me some options and we agreed on the best one; had all the tools needed in his van; fixed the problem for a nominal fee; gave me some preventive maintenance hints and went on his way. And remember this was a 5-6 year old door. Very pleased.

Precision was rated highly on Angie's List so I felt very confident that we would receive good service. However the service was above and beyond what I expected. The technician (Gary) was very experienced and answered my MANY questions with helpful information and great patience. He did a large job quickly and competently and cleaned up too. We had obtained your services back in 2002, to fix a broken garage door spring, but we also had the garage door rollers replaced. Your services also included a checklist; oiling, bolt tightening, screws, basically ensuring that the garage door is in great operating condition. Our garage door worked flawlessly until 2011, due to broken springs. We solicited your services again to not only replacing the broken spring, also adding a 3rd spring for extending the life of the springs up to 20 years. Thank you for keeping our garage door in 'Precision' condition.

I had a fantastic experience with Precision Door Service. The technicians were actually running ahead of schedule and gave a call to make sure it would be ok if they showed up early. The work was done quickly, and with great detail. The springs were replaced, the bearings were replaced, and a couple a ailing rollers were replaced for no extra charge. The best part is that all joints in the door were lubricated before they left, and our door has never been this quiet. All in all, I am very pleased with the experience, and I would certainly recommend Precision for any garrage door work.

This was a follow up visit following a rebuild in January. Fortunately they found just some loose wired which they quickly repaired. They were efficient and pleasant to deal with, especially since the work was covered under the warranty.

I had to have someone come fix a broken spring. My technician, Brad, was running a little late but was very considerate in calling twice to give me an update of his estimated arrival time. After looking over my door, Brad took the time to explain to me my options and was not at all pressuring one way or the other. He was extremely knowledgeable when giving me the pros and cons of each and in the end I decide to go with their special door rebuild option. Brad worked fast but did a great job. My door works good as new and I appreciate the life time warranty showing they stand by their work!!

We started the day with a garage door that wouldn't open and ended up purchasing a package that essentially replaced all the hardware on our garage door (drums, spring, cable, rollers, etc). Some parts were necessary for the door to function and some were optional, but the package price was a good deal. Del also had to modify our door frame a little as a result of some warping that had occurred. In the end, our door lifts and lowers so quietly that from inside the house we can't even hear it rolling anymore. We received great service from a friendly, knowledgeable, informative technician.
