We purchased a new garage door opener and had our existing garage door serviced/repaired. Our service technician, Del, was prompt and professional. Prior to beginning the work, he thoroughly walked me through everything that would be done. Once the project was complete, Dell also thoroughly explained how our new product worked and ensured I had no further questions before he left. Great experience!

I found Sam to be hardworker, responisble, and extremely dedicated. The kind of a person that takes great care in doing the work right. He came over on Saturday, and then came back on Sunday for no additional charge, only because he thought of something that could improve his already first-rate work. I recommend him and Precision Door Service without reservation.

Brad came out to my house to replace the torsion springs on my Double garage door. He was very courteous and performed the replacement very quickly with no problems. Very good work. I would use this service again.

The service was good but the thing that impressed me the most was how fast you were able to fix my garage door springs. We called after 5pm on December 23rd and you had our door repaired by 3pm the following day and that impressed me because it was Christmas Eve. Thanks for the speedy service.

One of the springs on my garage door broke recently and I hired Precision Door to come fix it. The gentleman who came out to fix it was on time and was very informative about what was wrong with my door and what needed fixing. He helped me figure out what items needed replacing and clearly explained the warranties that would apply depending on which package of services I chose. I was very happy with the service and would recommend this company to anyone else who needs a garage door repair.

Mike just replaced my spring. I was so impressed with his professionalism, natural friendliness, warm, and concern for my well-being. He did a great job, quickly, efficiently, and it was clear that he really knows what he's doing. Thanks so much for helping me out on such a short notice. I accidentally landed upon your company and so glad that I did. The woman who scheduled the appointment was also very kind and helpful. What a great company. You seem to really care about the company and you do it with integrity and great service.
