An amazing company! Fantastic customer service. Same day service. Who does that anymore?! I called and two hours later Luke appeared to solve the problem. Unfortunately, due to me, I had to have them come the next day to repair the problem. Travis, you're a miracle worker! A broken garage door on a Saturday afternoon...I thought I'd have to wait until Monday but with one call, I had an appointment for a repair tech to be out within 1-2 hours. Hunter was on time, polite, professional and he did a great job. Hunter was the installer that came to my house today. Hunter did a good job of explaining to me what my problem was and what choices I had in purchasing a new garage door opener. After the initial search for Garage Door Spring replacement led me to Precision, everything was very easy. I had an idea of how much it would cost and a technician appointment for the next day completed in less than 15 minutes. Serviceman called ahead the next day and arrived as promised. In November I had to have the chain put back on my garage door, done by Bo. In December I needed to have motor for the opener replaced by Travis. Both gentlemen were very punctual, called me to let me know that they would be arriving within 10-15 minutes and gave me detailed information on what was needed. On time, gave three options for repair, the repair was done in good time, polite and professional. Replaced both door springs and new lifetime rollers. Door works much smoother and quiet. The new type of coated springs which will give longer life as they are coated so springs work smoother. I would give them a 5 star at this point.
