Paul was prompt and courteous. He reviewed with me the installation and its operation which included the manual and remote controls and the keypad. He completed the project timely and left the manuals with me. He demonstrated the safety features by personally interrupting the signals. This was a pleasant experience and would recommend Precision to any of my friends and neighbors.

A broken garage door on a Saturday afternoon...I thought I'd have to wait until Monday but with one call, I had an appointment for a repair tech to be out within 1-2 hours. Hunter was on time, polite, professional and he did a great job. I most appreciate that Precision was open on a Saturday, your fast response and that Hunter was able to complete the repair in one trip. Great service, a fair price and a very nice repair tech who resolved the problem. Thank you!

Hunter was the installer that came to my house today. Hunter did a good job of explaining to me what my problem was and what choices I had in purchasing a new garage door opener. He did not pressure me into the most expensive one, but provided honest answers to the questions I had regarding the one best for me. He was very professional and helpful and did a great job. I've used Precision many times over the past 20 plus years and am always confident of their products, services and installers.

After the initial search for Garage Door Spring replacement led me to Precision, everything was very easy. I had an idea of how much it would cost and a technician appointment for the next day completed in less than 15 minutes. Serviceman called ahead the next day and arrived as promised. Analysis suggested several options for service and after selecting an option, the repairs were completed quickly and very courteously. Thanks for the good service

In November I had to have the chain put back on my garage door, done by Bo. In December I needed to have motor for the opener replaced by Travis. Both gentlemen were very punctual, called me to let me know that they would be arriving within 10-15 minutes and gave me detailed information on what was needed. All work was completed quickly and I am really pleased with the results. Thank you so much. I have already referred your company to a couple of my friends.

On time, gave three options for repair, the repair was done in good time, polite and professional. Replaced both door springs and new lifetime rollers. Door works much smoother and quiet. The new type of coated springs which will give longer life as they are coated so springs work smoother. I would give them a 5 star at this point.

My wife Gretchen requested service on Sunday afternoon; an appointment was made for Monday morning; Paul called at 7:40 saying he'd be here by 8:00. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, did a fine job. He was friendly and explained the problem and what he would do. Thank you Paul and Precision for timely and efficient repair.

I called for a re-inspection on the repairs that were done on my garage door. The initial repairman stated that the door was not sealing totally, however, it would seat itself after a short period. I was still having the same issue after 3 weeks time with the door gasket not sealing correctly. I called and they scheduled a service the same week. The tech arrived on time and was able to rectify the issue within just a few minutes to my satisfaction.

Paul completed the job on time and reviewed with me his work. Great Job Paul and Thank You

You tech was courteous and explained everything about his estimate. I was surprised and disappointed that I was charged $$92.09 for an estimate. In today's environment, most respectable companies don't charge for an estimate. I had another company repair my door. I will advise the Board of Directors of my condominium to not use you company to repair any of our 128 garage doors. Jerry Rogers

5 Star rating! Garage Door opener repair - new circuit board was purchased and installed. The technician was prompt, courteous and professional. I was very pleased that the service was so prompt after the phone call that was made that same morning. I chose Precision as my husband has used this service since 2003 and was always very satisfied with the work performed as well as the service. He had referred several people to Precision.

Paul did a great job replacing the broken spring on my garage door. I really appreciated his professionalism and competence. I would do business with him and Precision Door Service again. In fact, I have done business with them 4 times in the last 13 years.
