After the initial search for Garage Door Spring replacement led me to Precision, everything was very easy. I had an idea of how much it would cost and a technician appointment for the next day completed in less than 15 minutes. Serviceman called ahead the next day and arrived as promised. In November I had to have the chain put back on my garage door, done by Bo. In December I needed to have motor for the opener replaced by Travis. Both gentlemen were very punctual, called me to let me know that they would be arriving within 10-15 minutes and gave me detailed information on what was needed. On time, gave three options for repair, the repair was done in good time, polite and professional. Replaced both door springs and new lifetime rollers. Door works much smoother and quiet. The new type of coated springs which will give longer life as they are coated so springs work smoother. I would give them a 5 star at this point.

I called for a re-inspection on the repairs that were done on my garage door. The initial repairman stated that the door was not sealing totally, however, it would seat itself after a short period. I was still having the same issue after 3 weeks time with the door gasket not sealing correctly. I called and they scheduled a service the same week. The tech arrived on time and was able to rectify the issue within just a few minutes to my satisfaction.

I called late Wednesday afternoon, I was greeted by a lady who took all my information in a professional and timely manner, she set me up for an appointment the next morning. You tech was courteous and explained everything about his estimate. I was surprised and disappointed that I was charged $$92.09 for an estimate. In today's environment, most respectable companies don't charge for an estimate. I had another company repair my door. 5 Star rating! Garage Door opener repair - new circuit board was purchased and installed. The technician was prompt, courteous and professional. I was very pleased that the service was so prompt after the phone call that was made that same morning. Highly recommend this company. We purchased new garage door & opener. We worked with 2 technicians. Technician Luke explained pro's & con's of repair vs replace. Ultimately we choose replace. Technician CJ installed the new door & opener. Both were on time, very polite and thoroughly knowledgeable about their products. CJ gave very thorough operating instructions and helped with programming keypad. Thank you Precision for such excellent service!
