My garage openers were install by Precision in June of 2014 and were adjusted in October of the same year. Not a word was said at either visit about oiling the hinges, etc., by either tech. Yesterday the man was extremely helpful; I say man because either he didn't tell me his name or more likely he did and I missed it; I'm afraid I am very delinquent when hearing people's name - my problem! He said they should be oiled yearly which no one had said; he explained and I watched how and where to oil/spray. That is something I can't do, but it is certainly something my daughter or someone else can do for me. I appreciated that! A lot of service people don't tell the customer so to keep that customer calling back for simple tasks such as this. He was polite, did the task without dawdling, and explained the process of signing on a tablet rather than paper form. Send him back anytime!, I appreciate a company with employees like him. Thank you. P. S. In the "Service Performed" below, I think garage door opener maintenance is preferable to "repair"in this instance.

Paul arrived right on time and quickly assessed the problem as a defective cable. After reviewing our garage door history, he determined that we were covered by warranty and would not have to pay for the new cables. Within minutes he replaced the cables, balanced the door and was on his way. He was effective and efficient.

Fantastic service. Paul was outstanding. We had an opener installed and our other doors refurbished. Paul was done with all the work quickly and then spent time explaining what he had done and showing us how to operate the new opener. Would definitely call Precision again. I called early Sat morning and some came within one hour! He was very couteous and very professional. Since it only took a few minutes to fix the door he spent some time doing some maintenance at no charge other than the service call. They were the most responsive and punctual company that I have ever done business with on the Portland/Vancouver metro area. When there were issues with my door post service they sent a tech out free of chats to resolve the issue within 24 hours during the holiday weekend with no extra charge! I would definitely refer them over any other company.

Excellent service and very prompt! I have always used Precision Door/Overhead Garage Door for my homes. I have always been extremely satisfied with their products, technicians, and attention to detail. At 9 am my garage door would not open and I was driving to Seattle by 10 am. I called Precision and in less than 2 hours a technician was repairing my garaged door. I trusted him to complete all the repairs and left for Seattle. When I returned the following day, Kevin left a nice note and the lifetime warranty, emailed me the invoice, and most importantly my garage door was working again. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage door service! I am a long-time customer and not compensated for this review.

Great service and on Christmas weekend. The spring broke trapping my wives car in. I called after 1PM and they had a technician out just about 3PM. Mike did a great job and good attitude. It was a little more than I wanted to pay. But when he started taking things off they needed to be replaced. I finally just said replace all moving parts. The door is a solid wood door and you can't even hear it. Thanks I would recommend them, the parts they put in were better quality than what was originally on the door.

I was very impressed with the individual that came to service my garage door opening. He actually came early--a good thing--and was clearly knowledgeable about garage door openers. Took him no longer than five minutes to locate the problem which he readily repaired. I would certainly call Precision in the future if I have garage door problems.
