Brad did a 5-Star job with my repairs plus installing a receiver on my Marantec door opener so that it could respond to Homelink. He also set the Homelink in my car and made sure that everything worked. With a little greasing and balancing, my door now operates more smoothly and more quietly than ever.

Brian B. was on time and immediately showed his expertise. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently he worked. The job was to replace an older door with a new one. He straightened out the old tracks, put in the new door and tightened everything up. The new door works great. Best of all, he didn't mind this old guy standing around and chatting while he worked, but instead of being distracted, he even finished ahead of schedule!

I was so impressed by the service I received from your employee! My garage doors are very old; and to my dismay, 1 of them slammed down & couldn't even operate manually. I seriously thought I would have to get the spring bar replaced! upon further inspection, I could see that it wasn't broken, it had just fell off the guide. I was worried that the fix would bee over $1,000.00! Total cost:$59.95! & he went above & beyond to make sure that every bolt & connection was tightened properly. Yes, I do need new doors-he gave me an excellent quote to replace both of them. I know who I will call when I am ready to replace the doors-you! (I'm in the middle of re-modeling, & this was NOT on the list that has my re-model $$ tied up in at this time.) I'm already starting the savings fund for the new garage doors & can't wait to get them done. No need to compare prices with anyone else!

Door is now operating perfectly and even quieter than before with the new springs installed. Technician arrived at the beginning of his scheduled window and was took less than an hour to install. Jesse is the person who came out to see what was wrong with my garage door. He gave me the option of fixing the spring or getting a new door. I opted to get the new door. He was really, really a nice guy and I enjoyed talking to him. Brian B. is the person who put in the new garage door. He was very efficient and seemingly put the garage door in exactly as it should be. It is working very well and I am glad I decided to go with a whole new door.

My garage door spring broke in the middle of the night so I call Precision to have it repaired. Jesse, the tech, showed up first thing in the morning and was very knowledgeable and professional. The video in the advertisement provided the information needed to make the choice of having Precision do the work. More importantly in the video the comment made by the owner of Precision indicating it had been decided, in the beginning of the business, to do quality work over low cost work made it clear Precision could be trusted. While I am always looking for savings, I am well aware that one does not save money by having something done cheaply. Now with regard to the work itself I must say I am greatly satisfied both with said work and with the attitude and competency of Brandon. I selected the default (I don't know) as I did not have Brandon's name to select from. You would do well correct that. Branden did a good job and greatly impoved the function of the garage door. Specifically, the loud noises it made then (now none). Yes Brandon sold me a product but more than that he reflected what the owner had stated in the video, a desire to do the job right, with pride, integrity and a smile. He has the way of a craftsman in my mind. One last point, if I may. I as a rule I would not participate in an exercise such as this, as I find it boring and a waste of my time. However, because of the impression Brandon made while working on my garage door I felt obligated to file out your review. Additionally, for the same reason, in the future I will be contacting Precision to do the work.

Jesse came to our house--explained what the problem was--the springs were shot. He said it would be expensive, but it comes with a life time warranty and why your company uses the springs and the rollers. He was able to fix it right there and within 2 hours he was done.
