Both the guys who came... Brad and I'm sorry I don't remember the other guys name... were good and even though it was something I probably could/should have fixed myself, it was nice to have someone who could just check out the door. We still have a big wooden garage door and we like it to run smoothly and Brad installed the opener in the first place.

I didn't want to know all about the workings of a garage door - I just wanted it fixed. You seemed more interested in what you had to say than what I needed to know. I did appreciate that you didn't try to upsell me. You gave me some options but didn't push when I wasn't interested.
