I was able to set an appointment within 24 hours of my garage door spring breaking. Technicians called ahead and were on time, courteous, professional and worked quickly to get the job done. Provided explanations and options on what needed to be fixed as well as what else could be done to improve/prolong our current garage door system. I was very impressed that you responded so quickly. Brad was very professional, introduced himself. Did the evaluation of the situation and then gave me the results. He gave me options of just fixing the spring or doing maintenance on the door. We elected for the garage door maintenance and the spring. What a difference in our garage door. I have lived her almost 20 years and it is so quiet now. He did tell me about my door opener as well as about new garage doors. When it comes time to repair or replace those, I will call you. Tim & Brad replaced noisy rollers and installed an outside keypad. They were on time, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Top notch crew. They did a great job. I would give 5 stars but do to some mix up on their end I was left sitting for an hour waiting for my appoint to only find out they had failed to schedule it properly. This was corrected the next day and the techs showed up on time and ready to get the job done. I had cables, rollers, springs, and drums replaced.

Del was very knowledgeable and did quality work. He came to replace the lower brackets, and talked me into getting new cables as well. He showed me where my existing cable on the left was starting to fray (which I missed) and identified why the bracket and cable were becoming worn. I put the Precision sticker he gave me over the one of the people who installed my garage door.

I was incredibly impressed with Precision's professionalism from start to finish. Two minutes after I used the website to make an inquiry (at about seven at night, mind you), someone called me. Not only did she offer to have someone out at eight o'clock the following morning, which I could not do, she was able to accommodate my schedule with no extra charge for weekend service. Brad, the man who fixed my door, was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and professional. I would say he went above and beyond. These days, Iâ??m so stunned to find good customer service. The spring broke & it was still under warranty. Also had a coupon discount for the service call. Sam was very professional & gave me some choices when I can afford a new garage door. Thanks Sam ! I would have given 5 stars except for the same day service did not apply to me. The spring broke the night before & I did not get the service until the morning after. It must have been a busy night. I would definitely recommend Precision to my friends & will use them when it's time for a new garage door to be installed.

The repair technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly solved the problem that created the issue with my door, and show me other issues with the door that may need to be repaired in the future. In addition to the repairs that were a result of the call, he also replaced the bearings.
