They are very johnny on the spot and even come out on weekends, which i love. They're also very nice. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they kinda dinged me monetarily. They were out about a year ago and offered to upgrade the rollers or the entire spring system. My spring system was working so I took him up on the rollers. What he failed to mention is that when the spring system eventually went out, I'm forced to replace it with a fully boxed upgrade that makes me buy rollers again. Had he been upfront with that reality a year ago, I would have just done it all instead of literally throwing away 400$ that the new guy just replaced today. Even when I asked him if i wasted my money back then, he said 'essentially'. Again, they do a good job overall but I hope they'll adjust their process to tell a complete story if you're going to offer upgrades or preventative maintenance. It's honestly better for both parties

I chose Precision Garage Door Service after talking to the google highest rated garage door service companies in the area. Precision is very highly rated with a lot of positive reviews, they were also the best price for the work that I thought I needed done. I called Precision at 11:45 am on Friday to schedule an appointment and the service technician arrived at my at 12:30 pm the same day. The technician was very friendly, informative and thorough. He was able to fix the door while he was there and took the time to educate me on preventative maintenance I could do to keep everything working properly and hopefully last longer. I highly recommend this company.

The giant spring on the garage door broke on a Sunday with the car inside. There was no way to get the garage door open. We took a chance and called Precision. I am eighty years old and use a walker. It was Sunday afternoon and my garage door was stuck in the open position. I called Precision and Nicholas arrived within half an hour. He cleaned off the laser eye, checked springs, rollars, lubrication. As we were reviewing the work. he heard the beeping of a smoke alarm,tracked it down and disarmed the worn out battery-which I will replace. Nicholas's went above and beyond standard service and I am so grateful.

Nicholas Alby was excellent - He explained the complete workings of my garage door, and then explained the reason(s) for the spring failure. He provided me a detailed estimate. he went to work and quickly and efficiently repaired our door and also took the time to adjust it. The door now opens and closes more quietly and smoothly than before. He cleaned up the repair area perfectly. If I ever need another Garage Door repair I will be calling Precision and asking for Nicholas!

3 stars because you responded quickly. The attendant was courteous and blamed my phone for the issue. The door often goes back up after coming down. We sweep as advised. This time the attendant found that there seemed to be be movement that could cause the problem. He attempted to fix it. He was in the truck about to leave and it went back up. Came back, also had fixed the clickers which will be helpful. Just frustrating. The door had worked then didn’t. Not the first time to have a tech come out.

Our garage door failed closed as we were headed out to a dinner engagement with our son and daughter-in-law. Our cars were trapped in the garage and they had to come pick us up. We called Precision Garage Door Service and they came the next day to completely replace all moving parts (springs, rollers, cables, remotes and key pad) and made the repair in under two hours. Yes the garage door issue was perfectly solved. The technician evaluated the door issues and taken some steps to smoothen the rails of the door. Technician lubricated the joints of the rails and it was going up and down smoothly. Technician knows the job and he did a great job. Thank you.
