What I appreciated the most was after listening to my concerns he gave me a recommendation for my garage door based on if it was his own home. A real review from a real customer. Used Pricision this Saturday, a garage door spring broke and we could not get our cars out. Trapped. Called and a technician arrived at the house about 2 hours later, we felt that was pretty responsive for an emergency call. Travis our technician was very professional and really knew his stuff. He even got us a discount on a part which saved us quite a bit of money. He went beyond the expectation to make sure we were satisfied with the repair. I highly recommend this company.

Luke showed up just an hour after I had made my appointment. He surveyed the problem with my door, repaired it, lubricated it and was done an hour after that. The technician Brad came over and checked out the problem with the garage door and seen that we had a broken spring,he looked at the rest of the door and the other spring and gave us a couple more options.he also told us how to get the life time warranty.with is what I would really like to have.he explained what would need to be done to have this warranty.and the cost wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.so I told him to go ahead and fix it.he did the job very fast and I'm more then happy.the last service guy that was fixing my garage door was using china parts and I had to have it fixed every two years.so now I have a life time warranty so happy.thank you precision.
