A real review from a real customer. Used Pricision this Saturday, a garage door spring broke and we could not get our cars out. Trapped. Called and a technician arrived at the house about 2 hours later, we felt that was pretty responsive for an emergency call. Travis our technician was very professional and really knew his stuff. He even got us a discount on a part which saved us quite a bit of money. He went beyond the expectation to make sure we were satisfied with the repair. I highly recommend this company.

Luke showed up just an hour after I had made my appointment. He surveyed the problem with my door, repaired it, lubricated it and was done an hour after that. The technician Brad came over and checked out the problem with the garage door and seen that we had a broken spring,he looked at the rest of the door and the other spring and gave us a couple more options.he also told us how to get the life time warranty.with is what I would really like to have.he explained what would need to be done to have this warranty.and the cost wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.so I told him to go ahead and fix it.he did the job very fast and I'm more then happy.the last service guy that was fixing my garage door was using china parts and I had to have it fixed every two years.so now I have a life time warranty so happy.thank you precision.

We received great service from our tech, Ray G. He explained everything that he was doing to fix our garage door spring. He recommended some additional replacements such as the barrings and rollers. He didn't pressure us into choosing the more expensive price, he did a great job explaining what each replacement was going to do. We are thankful for his suggestion. Our garage is a lot more quieter than it was before.

My garage door opener (remote) frequently stopped working, which was really frustrating. I finally called Precision and they came to my home the same day. Brad came and replaced my remotes and also lubed my garage door that was jerking on the way up. He was fast, polite, and didn't try to sell me anything extra.

Although the return call was not immediate and the service call took a little longer than I had hoped, the professionalism and quality of the work and material have me convinced this is one of the best garage door companies in the area. Great Experience!! Same day service was a bonus, but I appreciated how simple everyone made this process. Luke was very friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make it a good experience for me. He even offered to go to my 2nd house to make a quick fix, since it was only a few miles away. I was worried that this could be a bad experience with unneeded repair and expense. Now I have a company I can trust for garage door issues for years to come. Thanks again for your help.
