Luke showed up pretty fast after I called with my garage door stuck halfway open. He was able to assess the problem quickly. Luke explained the options I had and once I choose one he immediately got to work and had the door functioning within an hour. He also pointed out maintenance tips to keep the door working properly. Mark was great! He analyzed the situation, determined the original install of the bar to the motor was a little too high, which ended up with the door dragging and the motor wouldn’t pull it. He fixed the problem in a timely fashion and we haven’t had any issues. Thanks much!

The Gentleman that came was very nice but I was charge $250 for 35 minutes worth of work. He replace 2 cables and tightened up the Springs. I recommend shopping around because their prices are outrageous.
