I was very pleased with the service and cost. Would have given 5 stars but the original technician called wanting to come over an hour late (not his fault, I realize). Technician Brad was prompt, personable, and well-versed in his trade. It was obvious that he enjoyed his job. He provided repair/replacement options and pricing without exerting undue pressure. Technician was personable, efficient, and readily explained the operation of the new door opener. He also removed and disposed the old door opener. We had used Precision some years ago for repair of the door opener and were pleased with the work and called again when we had this problem.

When the spring on our double-size garage door broke recently, I was concerned about about reaching a repair service since it was after-hours. I left messages with a few local companies and to my surprise, not only did Precision return my call within 90 minutes, they apologized that it took that long! Further, the next day, the tech called me well in advance of his arrival to schedule, and in fact was able to be early for the appointment. He fixed the door promptly and efficiently, and it's now better than ever, all for a reasonable price. Precision Door completely exceeded my expectations for service, which is a rare thing these days. Well done all.

I received a coupon in the mail for a service call. I decided to use it to have the broken garage door spring and cables replaced. Brad showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He made recommendations on what parts to replace and finished the repairs in short order. Our experience with Precision Garage Doors was excellent. We had a garage door opener and two garage doors replaced. The technicians were prompt, courteous, and thorough. When I reported a problem with the old opener after the new door was installed, they returned first thing the next morning (Saturday) to resolve it. I would definitely recommend their services.

We had a broken spring. The tech came out soon at the scheduled time and repaired it promptly. He also lubed the motor making it a lot quieter. He told me how to reprogram the keypad, too. Quick, friendly, reliable, good price. I would use them again.
