I called early today to make appt and was surprised that they could come the same day. Then I got another call there was an opening now. Joe came out, very nice young man. Did an inspection and lube and showed me how to lift the door manually if we needed to. Very professional folks and I would highly recommend

Our tech guy was awesome ! Explained everything !! I saw the Precision Door van in my neighborhood. I called others but they quoted $100 just to come to the house. I felt that kind of charge just screamed “we don’t want your business”. Where else would my garage door be if not at my house ?! Very happy for $20 coupon and only $50 to visit the house.

I felt that Joe really showed integrity in being truthful about what was needed with my garage door opener. He didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need. Joe (and apprentice Tim) did a thorough job, and now I have a garage door that opens and closes quietly and efficiently. Thank you for sending such kind and hard working folks to my home. Quick response from Precision. Great repair man in Eric. Eric was on time and very professional. Besides replacing both springs on my door, he recommended new rollers and end bearings which were pretty worn out. And could have contributed to the spring on my door failing besides the age of them. What a positive experience! We'd been putting off the repair call because it just seemed like it was going to be a hassle and expensive--turns out it was neither! It was easy to schedule an appointment and Travis came out on time and was thoroughly professional and courteous during the entire visit. He fixed what immediately needed fixing and provided a clear estimate for potential future repairs without any pressure or heavy sales tactics. It was fast, easy, affordable and we are very pleased. I wish I would have called earlier. I’ve had a broken garage door that I thought would cost me $1000 plus dollars only to cost me $340 and they were at my house within a few hours of me calling. He was prompt, professional and even had time to do the required work to get us a new opener and all the fixes needed to feel safe and secure again. Absolutely a 5 star business! We could not open our garage door on Sunday morning in the middle of Memorial Day weekend. Who to call? We found Precision's fantastic web page and called. Our call was answered by a live person and we were scheduled for a service call the same day. Amazing for a holiday weekend! A short time later the repairman called to inform us he was on his way. Our garage door was evaluated, we were given an explanation of the repair needed along with some suggested maintenance items. Our garage door was back in full operation by mid afternoon. From beginning to end we were very pleased with our decision to call Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Fabulous customer service and excellent professional work!
