I was told, by another company who came out to the house, that I needed a new garage door and that it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery, before they could install it. I couldn’t wait that long, so I called Precision (after having read some reviews). My appointment was for the next morning. Andrew had my original garage door functioning smoothly and quietly in just over an hour. I chose to have my two overhead springs and broken cables replaced with a safer spring system installed on the wall, and replaced all ten rollers inside the original tracks. He also stabilized my wobbly tracks. Andrew was very professional and courteous. Awesome job!!! Very happy!!! I highly recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service!!!

He was on time as promised to replace my broken garage door spring.  He did a complete inspection of my garage door and recommended replacing the rollers, cables & etc.  I agreed to the complete inspection recommendations and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I trust Precision Garage as they have been are go to firm when we moved in 16 yrs ago. Called a few times over the yrs & taken care of nicely. I like there new s/up when u call they then advise you via email who will be the tech & a picture etc. Today the tech helped greatly, after 16 yrs the overhead door system was fried as of yesterday & I knew something was wrong big time. Now I have a new updated garage door system & super pleased all in one day, cost effective & very helpful with a great resolution! Had to be done & promptly!
